I know that from experience, and a Samsung engineer told me that. This time, after the woofer on my existing sound bar lost connection with the sound bar, I decided to buy a Samsung sound bar. It turns out Samsung products have a hard time getting along with Samsung products too. Right now they are connected and working with one remote, but occasionally that connection is lost, and I need to reconnect which is annoying. The sound bar sounds good and since I’m hearing impaired, the enhanced voice transmission helps. That’s why I rated this four stars.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-B650 Soundbar. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your Soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-B650 under Standard.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

A couple of years earlier I had purchased a much more expensive soundbar. However, this soundbar was significantly lower in price and the quality of the sound is clear, pristine, and makes the viewing experience for movies, shows and sports the best that it can be without being in a movie theatre or sports venue. I'm truly satisfied with the purchase of this soundbar.
