Incredible sound quality. Well worth the money spent. Immersed in sound when watching a movie. No need to go to the theatres with this soundbar. The subwoofer provides the perfect amount of bass. If you are looking to upgrade your home theater system, this is the affordable way to do so.

This system is surprisingly very good!! Setup for everything was quick and easy! Sounds are crisp, and the subwoofer delivers deep thunderous bass when watching movies. Very happy with this purchase!

Sound is great, but I haven't connected the 2 rear speakers yet. They are not truly wireless speakers. They must be wired to a wireless hub.

Sound is amazing, great addition to the Samsung OLED TV. Very easy hook-up. The rear speakers have a wireless hub you plug in however you have to connect wires from the hub to each rear speaker which isn’t true wireless in my eyes. Overall thumbs up!

The sound from this soundbar with subwoofer and two satellite speakers is fantastic. Great range from treble through base, good separation with surround sound. Easy to use and set up - absolutely great.

Awesome replacement of my Sony system. This offers amazing sound, booming bass and never drops the connection to the input. It's an amazing value if you got it for black Friday, like I did. We had the Sony for nearly 3 years and this is far superior in every way.

Sounds amazing for the price. Dolby Atmos works and sounds great on 4K BR disks. I paired this with a Samsung S90D tv to update my home theater and am really impressed with how it the sound bar integrated seamlessly with the tv. A word of caution though on BB open box descriptions. DONT'T TRUST THEM!! Mine was suppose to be "Excellent" open box and it was not like new. it was missing parts and pieces and the sub had a small chip on the it so be cautions about the open box items. Anyway, I won't ding the sound bar for this because that's not on Samsung. For the $550 I paid for this sound bar I don't think there is anything better. IT SOUNDS AMAZING!!!

If you’ve never tried Samsungs line up of sound bars. You don’t know what you’re missing. Great sound and easy of use. Easily adjust sub, rear speaker volume right from remote. Smart devices utilize existing remotes to operate volume as well

I really don't even know where to begin. I've always been an avid audiophile, but due to space constraints and other issues I transitioned from my premium home theater system that I built over years to this set and I don't think I would go back. The Q-symphony feature when combined with a recent Samsung TV produces sound that is surprisingly strong and full. I have yet to run into any issues whatsoever, however do consider the caveat that I also have a late model Samsung TV, phone, and watch, and the built in integrations are incredible.

The reason I bought a soundbar was to make voices clearer and easier to understand. It does that and so much more! The subwoofer is amazing. I also like that it intergrates with my new TV to make the sound even better (Q symphony).

Really pleased with the overall performance of this product. Samsung delivers on quality and this definitely pairs nicely with my S90c. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their home theater at an affordable price.

Amazing sound system. Super simple to hook up and sounds incredible without needing to mess with any settings. Provides a genuine theater experience without being overbearing and waking the neighbors. Only criticism I could see someone having is the rear speakers needed to be wired together. Wasn’t an issue for me where I was putting them but that could be a draw back for some setups needing a 100% wireless set up.

We are very happy with our Samsung HW-Q85OD 7.1.2 Channel Q Series Soundbar system which replaced our Sony Surround sound system that went out due to a power outage. We are happier yet with our Geek Squad Technician - Double Agent/ Travis Custer; he was nothing short of perfection! His knowledge, personality and willingness to patiently answer all of our questions was DEFINITELY over the top customer service! He confirmed his window time arrival the day prior (between 8:00 am & 12:00 pm for day of delivery), arrived within the first hour of window period and was warm, courteous and respectful. He schooled us on the difference between a surround sound system and soundbar system and moved our soundbar above for better sound performance. The first Geek Squad tech (who initially did the install) was in a hurry, gave us misinformation which prompted us to have Geek Squad do a re-install. Travis Custer, you are amazing! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You are the reason for the 5 stars! :-)

Awsome sound added to my living room and pairs well with samsung tv q symphony.

Amazing sound quality paired within seconds to my Samsung tv. subwoofer and rear speakers setup was done just as quick. Adjusting sound field was very easy with the remote.

Best System Ever!! Bought it on Black Friday as an upgrade to my current system and it did not disappoint! Great Bass, clear sound, and with wireless rear speakers that I can place anywhere.

The main soundbar is pretty impressive. Loud, great clarity, good (but not overwhelming) bass that doesn't sound muddy/muffled, also thanks to the easy Samsung app for EQ controls. My problem comes with the rear speakers. After owning this system since January 2025 (6 months now) and watching countless shows and movies, listening to music and playing games, I can confidently say the rear speakers are incredibly lackluster and disappointing. They completely lack bass, and when connected to a powered TV and the system is turned on, they have a faint hiss if you listen closely, which isn't the case with the main soundbar. To be honest, for the nearly $1,100 I paid for this system, I regret my purchase and wish I spent more on the Sonos Arc. At least then, I wouldn't be hyper-focused on the mediocre rear speakers. If you plan on only buying the soundbar + woofer, I highly recommend!
