The website made it an easy purchase and was delivered and installed on schedule. The installation technicians were excellent.

Extremely quiet with great cleaning results. However, the condensation drying even with the auto open door isn't as effective as our old dishwasher that had hot air drying.

Finally found this one that works well! It's so quiet too.

I was a little skeptical at first about the "open-door" dry feature but it works great! The DW I replaced was a Bosch and they have a bad rep on drying so I'm done with them. Seems everything I have electronically in my house and with personal items are turning out to be Samsung. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good drying feature at the end of the wash.

I would give it 5 stars but I had to lift the top rack to accommodate my dinner plates, Now the top rack is too close to the top and it won't accommodate my travel mug.
