I love this dishwasher. It is easy to load, cleans effectively, dries while saving energy, looks beautiful and is absolutely silent. If it weren’t for the light bar, one would not know it was running.

An overall positive buying experience... the salespeople were knowledgeable and went above and beyond as far service. Our existing appliances were on their last legs, so we finally had the option of upgrading and ordered the complete Samsung package. When the delivery arrived everything was "As advertised!", the kitchen has been transformed and I'm happy to report that everything is running great!

Very quiet and cleans everything. Door opening at end of cycle DOES aid drying.

I love this dishwasher. You cannot hear it running st all. Does a great job cleaning the dishes and drying. It has a third shelf at the top for small items. I looks lovely and I love the black stainless. So easy to keep clean.

We love our new dishwasher. Love the design, ability to clean and dry well, and my wife loves the feature where it opens when it's done. And it's VERY quiet!

Really impressed with this dish washer, it looks great and it does an impressive job of cleaning quietly. The open door feature for drying is something I'm surprised no one has done before as it works incredibly well. So far I love this thing.

This dishwasher makes life easier. There is a rubber tray that lines the top tray. Which is removable, makes unloading easy. This dishwasher cleans 100% of the dishes. It has wifi to send errors to your cell phone. The silverware tray make unloading quick and easy. I love this black stainless steel dishwasher. The install said it is the sexiest dishwasher he has installed.

I love this dishwasher, it looks slick, the 3rd tray is a great bonus and is larger than most 3rd trays in other models i looked at. But i have to say it just doesn't dry certain items as much as i'd like. Specifically the base of mugs and plastic containers. The door 'does' automatically open to allow for better drying and maybe this can be changed and would be more effective that way. But as of now i kind of feel it should get everything bone dry.

If there wasn't a light on it to let you know it is running, you wouldn't know, it is that quiet. Installation was pretty easy and as expected. There is the ability to connect WiFi, but found that to not be so easy, so I gave up on it - besides, why do I want/need to have a dishwasher on my phone??? It has cleaned very well and the top rack really makes it nice for lids and other small things that were difficult with previous washer. The turbo wash has lived up to our expectation - testing it with a lasagna baked dish!!

Quiet, cleans, has many features, blue light for on operation, opens door when dishes ar clean. We love this dishwasher even more than our top line Bosch that it replaced.

This thing is AWESOME. Not only is it super sleek looking with its stainless steel front and pulsating blue light, it is incredibly quiet too. I have an open living/dining/kitchen area and this dishwasher resides under an island just feet away from living room seating. I run the dishwasher all the time and it is impossible to hear other than an occasional faint whooshing noise. Add to that the fact that is gets dishes super clean and per the included documentation can even sterilize them to commercial restaurant standards and I think this is about the most perfect dishwasher you can buy.

My normal diner plates are 11" in diameter, and will not fit without raising the glasses rack which then make the glasses rack too shallow to fit taller glasses without removing the top rack. I think that third top rack is going to prove to be a useless novelty addition. It is VERY quiet. You can run it with company still hanging around the kitchen and you will not even know it is running if you are not listening for it. I love that the controls are hidden from view. I have not had an issue with it cleaning things, but I have also not challenged it. I have only put dishes, silverware and glasses/mugs so far. I can't bring myself to chance the stemware. I have thought to buy some cheap wine glasses to try it with.

I have had the unit for about to 2 weeks, all I can say is the best dang purchase.. very quiet, I mean if the blue light indicator was not on you would not know if the unit was on. cleans dishes amazingly. huge upgrade from my GE profile unit. I am now considering the new dual washer Samsung has, and the app works as intended.

this dishwasher is gorgeous and has quite a few bells and whistles. pros - middle rack can be lifted up or down to fit tall glasses or large plates, top rack is great for spatulas, nifty feature that opens door after cycle to help drying, very quiet cons - we usually have to run on heavy cycle to get everything clean, top rack doesn't clean as well as middle or bottom rack

This Dishwasher cleans the dishes perfectly. It is so quite when it runs you cannot even hear it its unbelievably quite. When its done washing the door pops open a few inches so the dishes dry really nice. Well built machine. Samsung Nailed it with this one.

Dishwasher is super quiet. We love the 3rd rack for bottles and other small items that don’t fit in the cutlery trays.

You can barely tell that its running. It does clean very well on the bottom two racks. The top third rack does not always do a great job on the small items I put there. You have to really double check anything placed there to see if it really got clean.

Excellent cleaning and with shorter time cycles. also the dishes just feel wow clean when they come out... the water wall gets all the comers and the booster really get the tough stuff... never have any residual on the screen filter... Oh OH did I say it is so quite ... never even hear it at all... also the open door thing when finished is works well... so for now its great... I installed myself and was really simple ..about 30 min

It’s a beautiful dishwasher and like any other stainless steel it smudges easily. We got it on sale so the price was great. It has done a great job of cleaning and drying the dishes with no complaints. The silverware holder is flimsy plastic that seems it will easily break with time. I hope not. The drying feature at the end where it opens on its own the last few minutes of drying is a nice feature. It’s quiet. I mean I literally have to see if the blue light is on to tell if it is on still. Happy with the look and performance
