This dishwasher gets dishes clean even on the Auto setting. The third shelf isn't as useful as i thought it would be but it's cool. I think that i would still get the third shelf again.

This dishwasher is extremely unreliable. It has broken down 3 times. I bought this unit on the basis of its noise level and energy star rating. It was close to the most expensive unit on the market. As with other Samsung home appliances I bought, this too has proven to be unreliable. Since my last dishwasher lasted 12 years, I chose not to buy geek squad protection. Big mistake. BestBuy at least stand by their products, Samsung on the other hand have been abysmal. The first two visits the technicians failed to notice a failing pump that caused both a loss of pressure which resulted in dirty dishes and a leak and in addition, a faulty flow sensor that caused a buildup of water. its been nearly 5 weeks and still my unit has not been repaired. Instead they wanted to blame my garbage disposal unit thats 3 months old and tried to state it was broken, when it worked perfectly Things fail, I understand that, its the integrity and service of a company when they do that stands out. And with Samsung I would avoid at all costs, their service is awful. From messed up ticketing, to repeating symptoms 3 times to 3 different people on the same call. Added to that I'm stuck with a mediocre 1yr warranty of a unit that failed in 6 months, don't think this will last nearly as long as the GE unit it replaced.

We love this dishwasher. It has great space for large platters or several dishes after a large family meal. Best of all it’s virtually silent. Oftentimes we can’t tell if it’s running...Dishes are well cleaned after running with several cycle options.

Samsungs top of the line dishwasher cleans better than my last 2 dishwashers. Love the 3rd rack and quietness.

I've had maybe 4 dishwashers in my life. The others didn't clean well and were noisy. This dishwasher works perfectly. Completely clean dishes an silent when running. I've had to tell Grandma leave it alone it's running. She say how do you know I can't hear it Lol

Super quiet dishwasher, although it was quite hard to install, it was well worth it

I'm so happy with this dishwasher that I'm glad our previous one died. I like the way it looks, loads, cleans and that it is truly silent. And, now that I've added the last Samsung kitchen appliance, all of them match and look beautiful.

Love the fact that this dishwasher has designated sections that have power wash for pots and casserole dishes that need a little extra pressure to come clean and I also like the silverware rack feature. My other dishwasher had a silverware container that only fit on the bottom rack and the silverware when closing the drawer would rub against the seal and tear up the seal. This dishwasher does have a container if you choose to use it but the container has lids on it which prevent the silverware from rubbing on the seal when you are closing the door. My dishes come out very clean and I love that the interior is stainless steel verses plastic like my old unit. So far I am pleased but can not speak of the longevity as I have never owned a Samsung dishwasher before.

We love this new dishwasher. We bought it to replace a 14 year old Bosch dishwasher that was starting to do funny things (30 minutes left then it would jump to 90 minutes left on the cycle). This Samsung is SUPER quiet (much quieter than the supposedly quiet Bosch). Also the Bosch left dishes and especially plastic items very wet. The Samsung dries much better. Even the plastic items come out dry (occasionally a little water on them, but usually in areas where water is allowed to pool, Very seldom do I need to grab a towel to dry the clean dishes, whereas with the Bosch it was a regular occurrence. I love the "Black Stainless". It looks great. We now have a fridge and dishwasher in the black stainless finish, to go along with our stainless steel wall oven and cooktop. Will need to replace those items soon. The only slight negative is the difficulty in determining if dishes have been run or not, because the door automatically pops open at the end of the cycle (and there's not a bunch of water on the plastics to tell you that it's been run-which is a good thing). I would definitely recommend this dishwasher!!

The dishwasher is awesome. It is great at getting the dishes very clean.

Wonderful it cleans everything. We do tend to rinse our plates but this definitely gets them sparkling clean. We love the third top rack. Perfect for awkward pieces that don't fit anywhere else

This dishwasher is very quite and washes the dishes clean. I do use the one hour wash feature constantly. When finished the door opens and chimes are played then notify my phone. Very Happy with this purchase.

Great dishwasher but it freaked me out the first time I ran it and went to bed. After its done and its super silent by the way, it pops the door open and plays a silly song. Half asleep i thought someone was coming in the front door.

It is very quite and no fingerprints on the stainless is awesome!

I love everything about this dishwasher. Super quiet Clean great Has many cycles even a delicate cycle that I clean my china! It took us a minute to figure it out how to use third rack but now we are doing good.

Very quiet while washing dishes. The black stainless still color looks great. It leaves the dishes spotless

I purschased this model water is dispense like a car wash it seems to appear the dishes are cleaner I love when the cycle is complete the door automatic opens

This is so quite that I tought it was not working. I had to place my ear by the door to make sure its running. Got it link to Samsung app so it tells me when dishes are done. Dishes are very clean & dry after every run.

We replaced our old dishwasher when we did our kitchen remodel. The Samsung is very quiet and does a great cleaning job. The feature where the door pops open really works. The steam escapes and the dishes dry much faster.

This dishwasher so quiet you can't hear anything at all
