This is a beautiful dishwasher and will look good in any newer / upscale kitchen. However, it struggles to connect via smartthings and the run times are 2:45hr. Very long run times.

The small rack for large utensils is great but you sacrifice space on both lower racks. The dishwasher seems to work great though. We have only had it a couple weeks so time will tell.

We’ve had this dishwasher for 3 years and the only good thing we can say is how quiet it is. It started leaking water one year ago. I called the customer service and they said they would send somebody to fix it for 200$ + 150$ (mad!!!), so I just touched a little bit the seams and worked pretty well for months, until it started leaking again (>2 cups per wash) A couple weeks ago, the waterwall stopped working, so most of the stuff on the lower rack needs an additional rinse. Customer service will send somebody to fix it for 200$ + 200-400$, depending on what it is. And last, but not least, all the racks are rusted. Answer from customer service “it is normal, you should replace them at this point”. Crazy. I would suggest you to NOT BUY THIS THING

This dishwasher has been a nightmare since we initially purchased in Nov. 2017. It actually took until Feb. 2018 before we FINALLY received a viable product because we kept receiving products with dented doors. Since then, we've had to have the electrical board replaced, issue with leaking and now it won't drain. The 3rd party Best Buy service tech (Service Quick) is now saying the electrical board needs to be replaced AGAIN and they're claiming the issue may be due to some type of bug or rodent infestation which may void the extended warranty. Problem is, we HAVE NO infestation of anything! >:( They just don't want to abide by the warranty. We had No issues with our previous dishwasher that had been in our home for over 10 years. We were merely updating all of our appliances. While I can say this is an attractive, extremely quiet dishwasher (2 stars), it simply is not worth the headache of performance. We've had issues with practically EVERY Samsung appliance purchased, including our washer, dryer, frig, and now dishwasher. We're done with Samsung appliances, they just need to stay out of the appliance lane until they can create a better performing product.

Cleans dishes and glassware like nobody's business. Super quiet to boot. LOVE IT!

This is the quietest washer I have ever used. It is so quiet that during the first couple of days family members will open it accidentally until they get used to it. There is a blue light in the front to let you know when it's operating. One drawback is that the racks are not as robust to accommodate smaller plates and glasses as other models.

Couldn’t find a dishwasher that really had great reviews. Only bought Samsung because it went with my other appliances. Dishwasher is very quiet. But my dishwasher is leaving cloudy film on my dishes. I’ve also had to call Samsung because Of an error code. My wisegu of an error code.The smart feature is also not working. I do not recommend

This is a nice dishwasher. I definitely need to read the book to be able to work all of its bells and whistles but the waterfall cleaning technology is awesome and it is super quiet. For a while I wasn't convinced it was on.... but it was and working well. I just need to figure out why it isn't drying.... other than that, it meets all expectations.
