So far I am happy with the purchase and no issues with Windows or the Laptop. I am a Macbook and imac user but first time I had switched from MBP to Windows Laptop, all because apple limits me with ram and HDD upgrade. This system is also not upgradable but again I am not spending that much money on it.

Replacement for our old Samsung laptop. Like the 2-n-1 features- flip screen, touch screen. The Intel Processor is fast, quickly loads apps and streams Netflix, YouTube videos flawlessly!

I don't have a lot of experience with laptops, but I do enjoy this one. I wanted something small that still had good storage and a bit more memory. This Samsung fit the bill.

This is my first Samsung laptop and I really like. It is easy to navigate, fast and good memory capacity. I love that is touch screen.

Laptop exceeds all expectations. Especially when on sale at $200 off. It's fast, not too big, not too small and has an excellent display. Back lit keys are nice as is the extended battery life. Windows 10 runs flawlessly on the machine and could go on and on but won't.

Lightweight laptop, that is easy to use. The touchscreen was a surprise. I got it as an open box at the store, so I got a good deal.

Had this for about six months now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Great laptop for the price, and allows me to do everything I need to.

Got this on sale, needed to upgrade from a problematic Acer. Its been great so far: vivid graphics, fast processing, multi functional (via the swivel screen) and love the sleekness. The best part? Didnt break the bank for it. Keep it up, Samsung.

Great specs for the money especially if you're choosing between a mac. Macs are great but youre getting more for your money. More ram and memory. The only advantage the mac has is that it cant get viruses. Purchase one and the problem is solved. Also, this is a touch screen laptop and turns into a tablet. Try doing that on a mac. You will need to walk around with both an i pad and the mac. Samsung killed two birds with one shot. Good job samsung. Only con is the battery life. It could of been better but it does charge up quick.

I bought this for my son who is in college. He loves it! He said its nice and fast and super light. He especially loves the touch screen.

So far, I am happy with this purchase, it is nicely designed, easy to set up. The purchase price was reasonable for the product. One problem with the keyboard function, shortcut doesn’t seem to function as it supposed to.

We bought this laptop for my daughter - She loves it. Seems well made, good speed on starting up and loading applications.

Bought this laptop for my 7 year old who likes to play roblox, Minecraft and other downloadable games. Very smooth, and NO LAGGING, which was a request of his out of a laptop. No regrets in purchasing this laptop.

It has a touchscreen that is very convenient. it’s a good size notebook, it’s light and looks pretty.

Wanted a small light speedy laptop for my son to use for college. It's perfect. Folds to become a tablet when need.

I went laptop shopping when I began online courses. My decision came down to four (two HP's, and one Asus). They were all 13.3 and 2 in 1 (laptop and tablet). Since I like listening to music, my final test was listening to music with headphones. By far, the Samsung sounded the best. Excellent sound quality. Microsoft 10 is very easy. I'm glad for the purchase.

I like Samsung. I like the touch screen I like that I can flip it around for tablet mode. My favorite is the backlit keyboard. One star off because trackpad sticks sometimes.
