A lot of memory and speed with a great screen to play interactive games.

I love my new 2-in-1 Notebook. It set up easily and is lightweight enough that I can carry it back and forth to school without any problems. I like the tablet like capabilities and that it has a touch screen. This is a very versatile unit.

Wonderful computer! 13.3 is really the perfect size for an everyday laptop. HD resolution screen is beautiful and bright. 12 GB of RAM is enough for anything other than hardcore development or hardcore gaming, neither of which my wife does. Built in wifi and Bluetooth are great. 4 USB ports (1 type C 3.1, 2 type A 3.0, 1 type A 2.0) plus a microSD card reader ... dual core 4-way CPU ... HDMI out port for external/extended monitor ... just a great machine. The only way it could have been better was if it came with a dongle for Ethernet, as my wife was taking some exams and didn't want to have to deal with dodgy wifi issues (router-based, not computer based), so I had to purchase one separately. Oh, yeah, a SSD would probably improv performance, but would have increased the price point - and isn't really a necessity for us. Very happy with the computer!

I am pleased so far with this computer. A good size and easy to set up.

i bought the computer for personal use with the intention of going back to school online. So far the computer has worked great and haven't had any problems. I love the fact that doubles as a tablet! I think it is a great computer for the money.

I'm still learning things on this new device with Windows 10 & my Office 365 program, but am totally happy with the device itself. The screen has awesome resolution and many good things on it. Got it for great sale price and has all the options I was looking for in a Notebook.

Very lightweight, fast, pretty, everything I wanted. The ONLY negative I could possibly say is it's kind of weird having the speakers on the bottom, because they get muffled when the laptop is in my lap. But overall, it's great!

Best Buy has a program where we can trade in our old laptop computer for a new one. This is a great program. I purchased the Samsung 13.3 inch touch screen laptop. Great computer, fast and easy to carry with you.

It's so lite you do not even notice it was there yay.

I need a smaller lap top to travel with...but also want the speed and memory this machine provides. The 2-in-1 nature of this computer is a welcome feature. A regular tablet is too small for my needs and my 15 inch laptop is just too cumbersome to use not long train trips....so this Samsung is perfect for me.

No problems at all since buying a couple of months ago. It replaced my aging Samsung Series 5 Ultra 13.3. Really like the 13 inch size laptops. This one has a lot more features than my Ultra had like a lit keyboard and tablet fold feature.

Got the laptop on sale. I love the amount of hardware i got for the price. I had a little hiccup with the webcam not wanting to work, but factory install took care of that. The only thing that dings it for me is the battery life, running at full capacity ( bright screen,keyboard along with watching a show) has the battery lasting about 2 hours or so. But removing keyboard lights and lowering brightness i found the computer to last longer watching videos. But if u are writting a paper on word or looking at powerpoints basically anything that requires low power consumption, i easily had about 6 hours or so. Not a lot as other competitors but im cool with that.

Great laptop I'm totally satisfied processors excellent and I've gotten the job done with this laptop I recommend it to anybody looking for a lightweight quick laptop I'm very pleased

It works great but if you want dvds to play you need to make sure to go get the desktop version of whatever because the computer will keep opening the tablet Windows app store.
