I had a Mac and it was becoming very old and ran super slow. I needed something that wasn't too high in price but also fast and efficient. This laptop was perfect for what I was looking for and it was on sale!

This Samsung notebook was reduced by $300. It is lightweight, but not made of plastic. It can be used in tablet mode. It starts quickly and has a responsive touch screen. I love the backlit keyboard. No complaints !

I use this for my 3rd - 5th Grade Sunday School class. I have videos that I play on a big screen TV and I like to show the prayer request list each time in case one of the children wants to pray. I can flip this over and use the Board app and the stylus to jot down the requests and show them on the TV. Only drawback is it doesn't have an internal SD card. I had to buy a dongle and plug it in

Thought I would hate not having a keypad but having a smaller computer makes getting use to even easier. Fast, has more than I will ever need, and what I do need works fast and effortless. I love how I can put in my purse and off to selling Real Estate I go and to the Flea Market to sell my flags. Fast, affordable, powerful little laptop. I do think you will be very satisfied with this little beauty. She might be small but packs a punch

Personally it was hard for me to find a laptop with space ,apps that would have what I need for school and in a reasonable price for a student to afford ! This laptop went over my expectations and Best Buy really worked a DEAL on this one because at other retailers it was a lot more like Costco ... great customer service too . Definitely will be back for other purchases.

The Samsung Notebook 7 has so far showed no signs of disappointment. It is fast and I love the lighweight feel combined with the solid nature of the design. My last laptop was only slightly heavier but felt fragile by comparison. I will have no qualms carrying this guy around. My one slight complaint is how sensitive the touchpad is hopefully with some tweaking of the settings I can get used to it.

Excellent compact light weight laptop for a sale price. At first we thought it was sold out, but then we were able to find one. Very pleased and recommend it highly.

We were looking for lightweight but with a larger hard disk. It fits the criteria perfectly. The screen is amazing. Sharp and clear. Touchscreen as well.

This laptop is quick to load when booted up. Screen color and definition are terrific. It is a good value

As an owner of 8 or 10 previous laptops, I have to say that This Samsung is my ABSOLUTE 'Favorite!..It's thin, it's Metal constructed, the trackpad is EXCELLENT, screen is awesome, the audio is pretty good, it's fast, the 'price point' was excellent (300.00) off!.. STOP looking around and just buy this!

This is my go to thin and light laptop. Keyboard is excellent a joy to use and backlit, the screen is bright and vibrant, don’t use it much as a 2-1. The hinges feel solid and there is minimal screen wobble. Computer is fast but the ram is not upgradable, what you buy is what you get is my understanding. However, being 512 Gb is plenty for me. Not a gaming laptop but for light programming office tasks, works great.

Able to run all needed programs for online learning. We got this as a present for our college bound kid. At the time we didn’t know they would need it for the last few months of high school. So glad we got this! Light weight. Easy to use. Small enough yet not too small Plays minecraft so all their needs were met. Low price so it doesn’t break the bank. Seems durable too. All in all a great purchase.

Compact and easy to move around with. Like the touch screen and finger print on button.

I purchased two of these for my elementary aged kids when we found out their school was going with Microsoft (otherwise we would have gotten Chromebooks). Since they were for kids, we didn't get high end/ high performance devices. On both devices, we had issues with performance. Al the kids classes are using Teams, so Teams is basically open all the time, and most of that time it is in a video conference. The devices would always get hot, and after a while the video would get choppy, cut out, etc. Both kids would get frustrated with the slowdown, especially since they usually also had another program open (Word, Excel, sometimes sneaking in a YouTube video) and those would also experience lag. Since we had to get two, we really looked for laptops that had a good price. I have been buying Windows and Apple laptops for almost 20 years now, and in getting these I broke my most important laptop buying rule; don't get cheap laptops! The performance just wasn't there for what we needed. Best Use Case: You need a decent laptop for light productivity work, and have a strict budget. Worst Use Case: You need a laptop that can run Teams or Zoom and not experience large slowdowns.

Love this thing! Great computer that I bought for work during the WFH pangemic crisis in 2020. Love the computer, love the brand, love the tablet function as well as touch screen. I have had no issues with it and have been using it well over a year. Needed a PC as using Mac OS was to much of a headache while doing WFH.

I have always liked Samsung products and had been shopping for the Notebook 9 when I ran across this laptop. The difference was a I7 vs. my I5. The quality of the notebook 7 is great. The looks are ok boring but had everything I needed and wanted. However I bought the notebook 9 for my son. And it was a horrible build quality as well as finger print scanner didnt work. No issues with my notebook 7.

this product is light and compact, it also a good product for the price.
