I picked this laptop on sale. I needed something for video editing and so far it's worked great. It boots very fast and it's touchscreen and can be used as a tablet. I'm more then pleased with my purchase, it may not be the flashiest laptop, but as someone else here said, I'm not about flashing my computer, it's the work I can get done reliably on it that matters.

After using 15+" laptops for years, this is such a refreshing feel to use a smaller and a lighter laptop without having to sacrifice any features. It is quiet and snappy to use, and so far so good. The screen is vibrant and this product is absolutely worth the money you'd pay for it.

Light, easy to use, fast, lots of memory, nice screen, camera.

The pros: - The keyboard is amazing. The keys are spaced well, they depress well. It's probably one of the my favorite things about this laptop. -It's pretty zippy. Programs run well, Zoom runs well. I have had Quickbooks, Zoom, and Excel up at the same time and it still runs well. - Awesome display. Good color. -Lightweight. The Cons: -Fan is noisy. I was surprised how noisy it can get. Not horribly loud, but still noticeable. -Wimpy battery. After 2-3 hours not plugged in, it is down to about 30%. -Placement of the power button is too close to the USB. Too easy to accidentally press it when putting in USB receiver -And the main reason it gets 3 stars is that the power button itself broke. At less than 1 month old, when the button is pressed, you can feel that it is not seated correctly. Not sure if the mechanism is simply out of place, or if something is physically broken. Without being able to get into it, I can't tell if it would be an easy fix or not. I'm really going to miss the keyboard :(

Was first time laptop buyer and not sure what I wanted or needed. This laptop has it all! Great screen size, boots up fast with good size SSD and it’s a 2in 1 with touchscreen! Performs awesome and was on sale for $599 to top it off! Samsung knocked it out of the park!

This was my daughters first laptop which was helpful with the kids being out of school from the coronavirus. She enjoys the touchscreen feature and has had a positive experience with it. I have used it and it seems quick. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the display is clear. We are happy with this purchase!

This is one of the few laptops that have very round corners. The latest laptops have such sharp edges that they feel like they rub your hands the wrong way, just too tough to the touch. This Samsung is a delight to hold. I bought it figuring this may be my last chance at a rounded edge laptop before they don't make them anymore. My delight is more than just that, the screen is excellent as you would expect a Samsung screen to be, the audio is very good and the laptop is quick and the fan barely goes on and when it does its not loud. Its a really fun toy! Carry it here and there with a screen that looks better than my HDTV. The 5th Intel I5 is just fine, plays 4k videos on YouTube just fine. I love it for that, I go home and look at the world in 4k and dream I am elsewhere. For those that think the laptop looks ugly, its grows on you. The black buttons make great sense, you won't see the dirt on them as fast as silver on other keyboards on laptops. The weight is a bit more than the the best but you are not paying for the best, at 599 on sale I jumped on it!

I've barely had it for a day but it's been great so far. The first thing that jumped out at me was how vibrant the colors on the screen were (then again, that is Samsung's specialty). The fand arent super loud and it seems to be holding a charge pretty well. It's not flashy at all on the outside. It's nice and understated. I'm pretty sure it'll do the job. I just kinda wish it came with an active stylus of its own.

Really good laptop for tasks such as school/college or small editing projects. Its ssd makes it super quick to boot up and really helpful to have the touchscreen if you need to take quick notes. The only problem is that the battery is a little weak that makes it inconvenient for a whole school day.

Good if you like small computers, lightweight, fast

Well designed portable notebook, excellent for reading eBooks, online / offline documents with text / font size adjustment features, and audio books with voice playback speed control. The air vents are smartly place along the back edge, not underneath where they would be blocked on your lap, causing it to overheat. Excellent WiFi connectivity, and fast interactive online experience with Skype, YouTube, Spotify, etc. Only negative is the placement of the power button (On-Off switch) near back end of right side which is easy to hit by accident and turn device off. SOLUTION: go into "Power Settings" and tell it to disable power button. The power button still works to turn unit on, but you only have to go into Windows, select the Power icon, and select Shut Down (another problem solved!).

This computer is amazing in so many ways. To start I love Samsung products and this is no exception. This is a nice basic laptop, I don't utilize it to its potentially. Love the slick look and how light it is.

This laptop is easy to setup and use. It's also lightweight and compact with a nice size screen. There are several security measures one the device as well to keep your information secure.

This was given to me as a loaner laptop as my laptop was with geek squad . Very fast and effective . I wish I had purchased this one . All qualities of a wonderful laptop

This has been a great laptop for me. Even though it is a 13" screen it is plenty for my use. eMail, spreasheets, internet etc. Memory is quite adequate. The light weight and convertible option makes it ideal.

This is a great laptop for someone who is going to school like I am. It may not be an apple but it sure does everything that you want it to do. I love that it's touchscreen! No problems so far with this beauty.

The Samsung Notebook offers many features and is easy to operate. The size and weight make it ideal for traveling. The memory size is perfect for storage of photos , videos, and other files that require lots of memory.
