Model:NP750QUB-K01US The Good: 1. 2 dimm slots; was able to upgrade to 32GB DDR4 2400 (Crucial CT2K16G4SFD824A) 2. Samsung migration software made it easy to upgrade to a larger m.2 SSD The Bad: 1. No connector for a second hard drive (see photo); only has the one M.2 slot; Previous 7 Spin models w/ Intel does have this option- sadly, Samsung decided to show no love to the AMD crowd. 2. Comes w/ M.2 SATA SSD (Samsung MZ-NLN256C); Samsung Help Center said it SHOULD be able to use M.2 NVMe SSD, BUT no where on their site is it written that it can, so take it with a grain of salt. I went with a 2TB 860 EVO upgrade instead 3. WiFi card is soldered on (Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A)

Had no problems (was going to rate it 4 stars) despite me using it for a total of around 9 hours in the past 3 days. Until it keeps crashing with a "Thread_Stuck_In_Driver_Thumb" error which happens too frequently (every 15 minutes). I

I love this laptop, it's the best one I have ever had. Just want to say I really appreciate the employee who spent like an hour walking through almost every laptop in the building with me, helping me narrow it down to the best one for me based on my needs, wants, and preferences. His expertise was super helpful and it shows, because this laptop has everything I want and need. It is touch screen, has a super easy to use fingerprint scanner which literally works every time unlike my iPhone lol, has tablet mode, etc. Samsung security is this cool thing I just learned about today, where you can hide your screen from people around you, and prevent being recorded or video'd, etc. What I like most are the apps that are compatible with the tablet functionality of the laptop. WhiteBoard is my favorite for taking notes in class because I have so much space for my crazy wild note taking. I hate being limited in space because when there's things that branch off each other or diagrams etc I have no space; with White Board, I have infinite room to expand in whatever direction. The pen I bought for it was from Wamboo, it's a Bamboo Ink Stylus pen, and I bought it refurbished from Geek Squad for only like $20 instead of $50! It's an awesome texture to the touch and kinda triangle-y in shape so it doesn't roll off. Super neat. I love it... what more can I say?

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it because it has the good stuff a laptop has and can be used for everything. It has a touch screen that works great! The touchscreen is very handy when you use it as a tablet. And if my memory serves me right it has a light up keyboard but check before you buy if this is important to you.

Got the laptop for my sister in law for school. Her old hard drive went out on her laptop and picked this one up on a black Friday preview sale. It's extremely fast and does everything she needs it to do. The touch screen is a bonus feature and a great price for what it has in it as far as specs go.

Does the job. Battery life is just ok. It is a 2 in 1 but doesn't come with a pen or stylist. Keyboard is nice and clicky and is backlit. Touchpad is responsive and is a nice size. Really like the fingerprint scanner and the privacy webcam slider to cover the webcam when not using.

Bright deep rich color modern display. Metal build tight/high grade/luxurious. Excellent white lit keyboard feel. Very fast OS performance for price/no fan noise. Expectations exceeded.

This was a great buy and I love that fact that I can easily switch between laptop and tablet mode. The touch screen makes it that much better. I prefer this laptop over a macbook anyday. It moves fast as well

Price was right on this Solid state Drive laptop. Bought it because the solid state drive is faster to load and move around on the internet. My old laptop was slow to load and showing its age. this is fast and powerful. No internal drive, so I bought an external DVD to load information and programs. Cost about $20, but is worth it to have that ability to load Discs. So far, satisfied with the product, had originally intended to buy a Lenovo but the price was too high.

Though this isn't technically a gaming computer, I got such a great deal on it I couldn't resist... and it has been FABULOUS! My son is thrilled and the graphics are amazing. Lightning fast, too! We did add a little bit of additional RAM (with the Total Tech Support plan I only pay for the card itself). The touch screen is especially nice! Very pleased. Have had nothing but positive experiences with Samsung products!

Fast, light, works and runs great. Love the switch so can cover the camera and the fingerprint scanner.

Bought this for the kids, 7-9th grade, to do homework. Only had it for a month and it seems to run fairly fast. They have been able to do graphs on excel and essays on office 365. Though they did lose some info because they weren’t turning it off properly after each day, but seems to be running fine now. They don’t really play video games or watch movies on it so I can’t really speak to that.

I like the flexibility of using as a laptop or a tablet and the touch screen is a plus also however it is heavy.

Never had a "Laptop " with touch screen , but after gettingOld one crashed , Love this one used to it I will be lost if I can't get the next one , WHEN needed , with the same ! Would have liked a keypad in place of the mouse , seeing I mostly use a Track ball type , again that I have gotten used to the wireless Logitec one I love .
