Nice Camera

Haven't ventured out of Auto much. Sports mode seems really cool but quite sport specific (Baseball mode, etc.). Maybe it will come in handy when children come. Something that we didn't see listed in the box is a removable flash! It is not big like the professional flashes but seems to do the trick when needed.

I have only had the opportunity to use the camera several times but I have been very pleased with the picture quality. Low light pictures are a little grainy but that is to be suspected. The Camera also came with a little flash that you can attach. I am still playing around with flash and once I get that working correctly I am sure it will help with the low light pictures.

It's light and can produce great images, it records in 4k (I don't have a 4k monitor to verify yet). I feel the auto focus lacks and I have to convert all the 4k before editing... A 15 min clip took 2 hrs. I really liked my 70D w 15-85mm but it's super heavy. This is a really good camera I would probably prefer the NX1 but cost is still high.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this as a backup to my nx1. Light and easy to navigate and has the same sensor as the nx1. Hopefully the video will be similar (1080p mode). Note the kit lens is not wide at all when shooting 4K.

Did the video over heating test and the camera pass with flying colors. I had other cameras that would over heat after 18 min of video recording.

I would recommend leaving the lens attached and purchasing a camera bag for safe storage. If you constantly take lens off and on, you may start getting an "error" message and camera will not work.
