We paid over $1000.00 for a Samsung dishwasher that hasn't washed 15 loads of dishes and it quit adding water to the wash cycle. We had a repairman come out, and found out it needs a new computer board to the tune of $400.00 dollars for the repairs. SERIOUSLY?! The repairman said to stay away from this brand and two other brands as far as dishwashers are concerned, due to the inferior parts they use. He said they only use certified Samsung parts for the repairs as well and can't guarantee that it won't happen again within the nest 15-loads of dishes. We recommend you look at a different brand for your dishwasher unless you like washing dishes by hand.

Had this dishwasher less than 9 months and it stopped working. Repairman had come out and found the exterior of the dishwasher split at the seam. Samsung stated that it was installation error and did nothing. Not sure how a certified plumber split the seam of a metal cabinet. Poor craftmanship. Stick with a better quality manufacturer. Lots of people are havijg this problem.
