Really wanted to love this chrome book but it is not Samsung's fault. I took it on a trip with me and required to use additional software that chrome os did not support. OK now that my cons are out of the way. Let me just say it has a beautiful display and aspect ration of 3 to 2. I love that it is taller so that when I read web pages it is easier to see the full content instead of having to scrolling down. Apps were snappy and worked as intended. Used netflixs, google maps and others without any problems. Love the fact that I pop in a sim card and take it anywhere. This was the reason the purchase. For work related functions as I traveled, but it fit the bill for 80% of my needs. Just lacking the last 20% so I decided to return it. I would not hesitate to recommend this though if you are ok with just using apps.

I needed something fast, easy, and portable. This is PERFECT!!! I find myself using it MUCH more often than the laptop. The versatility of its design is awesome, and having a built-in data plan is extremely helpful when the WiFi at work goes down. This little beauty is fast, too. I can open files from my drive, download PDFs, and upload documents in no time. I don’t know how I worked without it.

Quick startup and usability. Wish camera was higher quality, and the android OS is a bit clunky

dont love it but dont hate it . Its pricey if you do the LTE in the long run . i rushed into it but its ok . few hiccups here and there but nothing major . i gave 4 stars because for the price i was hoping for nearly flawless which it is not .

The Chrome Operating System is the best operating system. I saved my money for this baby. It is a Verizon device which makes it more amazing. Little things mean a lot, the build quality of Samsung is extraordinary. I prefer a smaller screen, so this is perfect for me. very easy to move around and easy to bring with me.

I bought this just as everything was closing down due to the virus. It did exactly what I needed it to do for virtual learning and virtual meetings. My child's class already used them so it was naturally a good buy. I can easily set it up anywhere I need.

This is a really nice chromebook. I does cost a bit more than others. If you want a classy look, top-notch performance, this is a good choice.

When my Asus Zenpad 8 decided to move on to the great beyond I needed something better. This is WAY better..instant on..lots of memory and flexibility. I only wish I had one for work as well.

Love this little machine. Way too few LTE options out there, and I wish this one was the Core M3 model instead of Celeron, but that's more for peace of mind than any lag or slowness I've noticed. Also, with Chrome OS 73, Android apps can now take advantage of external storage, so the measly 32 GB storage isn't even that big a negative. Beautiful screen. Stylus is handy. Wish it were a fraction lighter and thinner, but I really do like this computer a lot.

This is the 2nd Samsung Chromebook purchased and thinking about purchasing another for a family member. Runs smoothly, setup is easy.

Have found it difficult to transfer to this computer from windows or Mac. Was not aware it was Google only. Would like to return and trade for different computers

I really like it but would also like a model with a bit screen.

Portable can be used to write stories and various tasks off line then save to the cloud .

Hard to use. Battery dead after not using for a year!! Will not charge!! Frustrated!!

Fast, and I am happy with my purchase. I switched from macbook to this chromebook and i am happy I did.

We bought this Chromebook as a backup to for our business in Jan. 2019. Had it configured. Didn't need. Never used it 1.5 years. When we did need it, wouldn't power up. IT guy tried fixes and says we need new battery for $125 (battery + labor). Ugghh!
