Bought this computer for my high school aged son. Wanted something durable that could withstand the back and forth as well as be reliable. I even took it to work with me one day and loved it. Am actually considering purchasing a second!

My son loves this Cromebook! He uses it for school. It has worked awesome during the pandemic for him to complete his assignments. Be sure to get the Geek Squad protection plan. He broke the screen at school & we did not have to pay a dime to have it repaired.

I needed a computer for online classes. I had a desktop, but wanted something I could carry with me or use in my bed for late nights. When I talked to the sales person about computers he recommended this one and I wanted to try something new. It didn't run half the applications I needed which I stated I had to use for my classes. The computer didn't last 6 months before it randomly cut off and wouldn't come back on. I tried to get it repaired, but the cost to fix it cost more than what I paid for it. Screen wasn't damaged, but the original start up stuff had a glitch and needed to be reprogrammed. Total waste of money.

Chromebook works as needed to complete school work online. Purchases one last year for son's 8th grade graduation to use in high school and bought this one for my now 8th grader to use for school during covid19 school closures. They are perfect for school.

has been a great chromebook.My daughter uses it for school with no issues. The pen is a little small but it is a great feature. 1 yr in and it if still a good chromebook.

My daughter needed a device that booted up fast and handled google docs. This machine has performed its tasks very well. We replaced a dell 2 in 1 that updated regardless of our settings, crashed frequently, and took a solid 10 minutes to start up and connect to the school’s system.

Very nice and fair performance. 4gb ram, stutters occasionally but nice over all... I personally prefer something with a little more power /responsiveness

Great to work with. Just wish the screen would detach so I wouldn't have to mistakenly press my keyboard, but overall it's great.

My nephew needs some homework discipline, so I asked the salesperson which laptop would be good for a teenager to research and write papers, while limiting his ability to game. So far this has been the trick!

Works great for business or school use like Microsoft, youtube, and writing notes. Drawing works well and Is super handy. Doesn't run games unless they are very simple.

It works beautifully!! I was able to get the stylus and power supply direct from Samsung for on $50. Thanks to the item being certified by geek squad for resale I have a fully functioning used laptop for an amazing discount!

While purchased for business purposes only it has ample memory for streaming videos and some online gaming. The 2 in 1 is nice as well for watching videos and presentations. Of course it is an HP so I expect it to be a quality product.

My son carries his mac book everywhere. Once he got the chromebook, his mac book stays home all of the time. It's convenient to carry and the tablet conversation is a great feature. He loves it!

This computer was better than expected. I was in between this and Mac and you can say you get what you paid for. It’s not a bad computer if you are just using it for basic stuff.

I needed a chrome book for basic internet browsing and video streaming. And this 2in 1 really knocked it out of the park. Great quality feel to it externally and the video quality is awesome.

I needed just for my son’s homework, but Now I use it more than my son, I have a laptop which I use with Behringer x32, a audio mixer, I installed that in this chrome book and could make it work, but over all, so happy with this

This chrome book was purchased for my grandson who is 9years old. He has no complaints about the chrome book. He is able to video chat with all of his friends, do online school work and any other tasks he desires.

This is our second one! I got one for my daughter 3yrs. Ago and it's still running great! My son needed one with the remote learning they have going on right now! Same great quality! Super happy with the purchase!

The computer itself runs super smooth, great battery life. The only complaint I have is the speaker volume but that’s something I can easily work around.

Great Chromebook for the price. Love that it is a tablet and has a stylus. Used everyday for school. Decent battery life except for when you have a lengthy zoom class. Overall very happy.
