Due to the pandemic, like many Americans, I am working from home. This new lifestyle required a second laptop. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but I needed something reliable with an excellent screen. This was a nice solution, the price is enough to provide a reliable secondary computer. The screen resolution is excellent! It has great battery life, and it's easy to use. My only gripes: it's heavier than I anticipated. I am also very unimpressed with android's version of Microsoft Windows, which limits my ability to complete complex documents. Consequently, it will never replace my primary laptop. For this reason, I struggle to give any Chromebook five stars. Overall, it's good for email, the excellent screen resolution makes it great for online streaming/surfing the internet, and working on simple documents. Great little Chromebook!

This product is one of the best decisions i have made when it comes to purchasing a laptop/tablet. This 2 in 1 is Simplistic meets Best Quality. Super fast and has everyday apps that I use for my business that makes the userability of of it great.

This Chromebook is one of the best I have ever used. I use it in a classroom with kids. Its great because they can use the touch screen or older kids can use the mouse pad. It is fast and the screen is high quality as well. Highly Highly recommend.

This is my first Chromebook and it is a great little machine. We use it primarily for internet use. We have had no problems with ours downloading applications. Love the touch screen and the included pointer.

My wife has been using an old laptop for writing. It was having problems with battery life and wireless connectivity. We purchased this device as a Christmas present for her. Thus far she is very happy with the feel of it (how it feels typing), the size/weight, and the battery life. The only complaint on battery is that it does not give much of a warning between low battery and shutting down. At times she has not had enough warning to plug it in. The only other real complaint is getting used to this operating system over Windows. We are still getting used to it. That, however, is not a problem with this specific model. We would have that going to any Chromebook.

Easy to setup and run, except printer setup. Performance fine for web tasks and streaming. HDMI output to screen turns black for a couple seconds every now and then.

I really love this samsung chromebook. its a great size, battery life is great. lasts over 9 hours and charging is easy. great stylist that came with it. cant really find much wrong with it. starts up easy, updates quickly.

Overall this is all I need. I love this Samsung Chromebook! Its flawless, quick and easy to use being that it's a chromebook. If you're looking for one, I highly recommend getting this! You won't regret it!

Seems like a simple set up, but wasn’t aware that cannot download certain programs on a Chromebook (that is my fault for not being tech savvy I guess). Good price!

I love this chromebook. It's easy to use and you can link it to your phone. Comes in handy when you need a tablet to write/draw. Camera is great and has a USB plug. Battery lasts over 8 hours and charges fast.

Easy computer to navigate. I like how it's fast, and how they added the play store so you can add all the games you have in your phone. Very light and perfect size. Highly recommend!

I'm a collage student and this computer works great for special projects and is very light weight. Easy to use.

The unit has a large viewing screen which is what I wanted and supports the pdf viewer which was an essential for me. It's heavier than I thought it would be and the battery life is shorter than I expected but the recharge time makes that not so much a handicap. I just treat it like my cell phone and recharge every two days. I wish I could use it without a Google account but that limits what can be done with it. I wanted a tablet but became convinced this was a more flexible option and still believe it was the right decision.

I have used this laptop for a few months now and I could not be more pleased with its performance. The screen is very easy to read, response time is amazingly fast, and it is very portable.

I purchased this chrome book as a replacement for a laptop. It is very easy to use and serves my purpose well. I like the fact that it weighs less than a laptop and is much easier to take with me when I travel.

This is my first chromebook, and it was so easy to set up. Because it runs off of gmail, it was like I have had this forever with all of my info and files. It is also super fast and gets things done quickly.

Nice design, light weight and slim. The OS is very fast. The hinges appeared to be low quality and one of the hinges stuck when opening (not forced, just normal opening) the caused a crack in the corner of the screen. The good news was Samsung support, after just 5 minutes on the phone, had FedEx pick it up the next day and we got it back in 1 week, fully repaired.

I have only had this for a few days now, so far its nice overall. keyboard works well, i do not see any issue with the travel of the keys, nor the feel. wish it they were lighted. screen is fantastic. I can not seem to get auto correction, or suggestions of misspelled words to work. it will underline in red, but it does not give suggestions. I did have to recover Chrome OS yesterday. I think my grandson may have done something to it. The recovery was simple as pie. I would suggest that you make a recovery usb right away.

Having a blast and enjoying my little computer! Love the touch screen. Simple set up. Had a few computers in the past, this one by far is my favorite!

I'm a very busy young professional. I substitute teach, I tutor college students, and I work retail; I'm also my family's administrator so I need a device that was portable, easy to use, and versatile! I can ready e-books, I can type up essays, work on collaborative projects, create lesson plans and presentations, watch my shows, and highlight and edit files! I love the stylus, how portable this Chromebook is, and of course how user-friendly the software is!
