    I purchased an open box item and it was as described new condition. However. I did notice the finger pad when selecting enter it is sticky and often stays down. My Leveno laptop was slow so I really appreciate the speed of this model Chrome. Overall very content with my purchase

    Great little laptop!! Small learning curve for Android / Samsung cellphone users. Users either wired our Wi-Fi only connections to the internet - Does NOT use cellular connections. Keyboard is surprisingly easy to use (I'm used to split ergonomic keyboards), plus it's touchscreen just like our cellphones. I recommend this laptop without reservation. BTW - Great price from BestBuy.

    This is my third Samsung Chromebook. Not because the previous one don't work, they still do! I might be a technology junkie :). Samsung products are of high quality and built to last. This model is a bit heavier than it predecessor, but not a disadvantage. All their Chromebooks have metal not plastic bodies.

    2 1/2 months into purchase of Brand new chromebook, mouse gets stuck everytime I push it. otherwise, touch screen, camera function great.

    I am really disappointed with my purchase. I was so excited to take this to school with me and work in my online classes. Two weeks after having it (after only using it once), I opened it up and a message stating that to OS system had been deleted or damaged. I fixed it with the directions provided. Then that same day it happened two more times. I don't know if I just got a faulty machine and should contact someone, but it being almost two months now since I got it, I don't know if anyone will listen or if anything can be done about it.

    This Chromebook has met all my expectations except for the track pad. It constantly gets "stuck" when pressing down on the left side. On the plus side, the screen looks great.

    So I saw this on sale and bought it, giving my other Chromebook to my sister. She loves it and I love this one! It's absolutely awesome and has a lot of functionality! I upgraded and I'm glad I did.

    I bought this chromebook to use during college while it was on sale for 360. It is great for web surfing and assignments, I haven't had an issue with it
