Very easy to set up. Gives good surround sound with the wireless speaker. Still learning how to maximize the best sound quality, but that is just because we haven't had time to try it out.

Moved for a temp assignment. Didn’t want to bring my high end home theater system. Missed surround and subwoofer from big screen I bought. Bought this with the rear wireless surrounds. Sound is really good, especially with atmos. Really impressive at this price point. Actually, it’s incredible at price. About 70% of a system priced 15X or more higher. Great value for money. It’s certainly acceptable at “normal” volume levels. Is it acceptable for a movie at “Reference” level - nope. However, lots of people consider reference level a painful sound level. For example, when using our normal system at reference level. it would knock items off shelves with virtually zero distortion. This unit cannot do that. But, it’s much more powerful than expected. Now the bad. The app is great when it works. The key being when it works. It is constantly disconnecting. The reconnect process is time consuming. The remote is not great. The app is much better when it functions. I’ve reached out to support several times. Turn off soundbar. Reset router. Turn soundbar back on. Doesn’t work. Delete sound bar from app. Add soundbar back to app. Works. Next day, disconnected. Rinse and repeat. Why is app important? Because it has a great user experience. Night mode? Yup. Improve vocal dialogue? Yup. And lots more features. Why not just make the app connect. Why do o have to have a smart things account. Sound bar shows disconnected but when I try to reconnect after all the steps, it says it can’t because it’s connected to another smart things account. Then you need to take control of it again. That’s why I would never recommend it, only because of the app, it’s that bad! Samsung, please figure this out!

We've had this about a month and love it. The sound quality for our room is perfect. We have it paired with our 77" Samsung OLED and it's very impressive. Set up is super easy.

EZ to set up my hw-q800c . Connecting the power cords to the sound bar & sub woofer were the only wired connection needed. Connected wirelessly to my Samsung tv effortlessly. Sounds great with huge bass.

Finally movies that get quiet and then loud are audible. Voices are crystal clear and no more remote toggling the entire time. This sounds great and is worth every penny.

Very easy to integrate into TV. Centralized remote controls is a must have. The bundle offer is a good some savings incentive.

Excellent sound from speaker and great bass on the sub woofer. Blows my basement bose system out of tge water.

I actually returned this one a upgraded to a HW-Q930C as I wanted the surround sound and I am glad that I did, I truly enjoy the sound out of this system. One thing though, the little pads they give you to mount the sound bar in front of your TV don't lift it up high enough to go over the TV stand. I used the felt pads that you put on your chairs instead and stacked two of the together and it fit over the TV stand perfectly. I took a magic marker and colored the felt pads to match the sound bar. Worked great!

Love this setup. Good sound! It was easy to set up and it definitely makes movie night much better.
