The sound is incredible and it gets loud and has decent bass if u need more look into the 930f or 990f and need rears. You can add rears to this which I did and it sounds so good now. I got lucky and found one open box for half the price so I am very happy with my purchase. I had the lg s70tr and it was good but this one is better in all categories

The Samsung sound bar with a Samsung Tv seems to work seamlessly and has delivered on sound and quality.

Best Buy helped a great deal. There are way too many options. I visited three times and spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson. He listened and helped me understand what was important to me. I also had BB do the installation. Overall I was very happy with my selection and the service provided. I do recommend the product and BB.

Everything sounds clearer and more dynamic compared to my old soundbar. It's definitely not cheap, though. It has way more settings and adjustments than I need, and it took a while to find the combination of settings that I like. The display screen is small and difficult to read, so it's easier to adjust the settings using the app. The subwoofer is relatively small, but the soundbar is very large, so make sure you have room for it if you're putting it on a stand.

I don't love the on-device info scroller - only hase room for 3 letters at a time. You will definitely want to use the Samsung Smart-Things App in conjunction with this sound bar.

Samsung really made this a great home theater experience also includes Dolby atmos. I highly recommend, it’s worth the purchase. Very crisp sound the bass is insanely strong. And you can also pair it with a different branded tv doesn’t need to be same brand.

Thank you for taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-Q800F Soundbar. We value your feedback and will share it with our teams.
To improve your audio experience, the HW-Q800D features a wide range of sound modes and settings allowing you to fine tune the sound to your liking. Pressing the SOUND CONTROL button on your remote allows you to select the desired sound effect. You can select Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, Night mode, Sync, Surround speaker mode, and Virtual. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.
Alternatively, with the sound mode set to standard, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
By pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the UP/DOWN buttons to change the levels between -6 to +6.
Alternatively, you can adjust all of these same settings and more within the SmartThings app. Download the app for your iOS or Android device and then connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. From here, you will be able to adjust all of the same settings as the provided remote, but with the added benefit of being able to see the changes on your smart device.

I love this soundbar!

I paired it with the Samsung SWA-9500 wireless rear speakers and it's exactly what I needed in my living room. With nothing but power cords and an HDMI to the TV to connect everything, it couldn't be simpler to setup.

We purchased an new 65" Samsung T.V. and the Q-series soundbar. They complement one another. Plus the Bluetooth feature means less wires. We also listen to music from one of the subscription music sources on our soundbar / subwoofer. Awesome sound quality.

As most do , I did my homework on different types. So very pleased with my purchase. I wanted one that had a direct connection . No more blue tooth ( had the music frame, every couple of months had to pair all over again ) . And of course the sound is really unbelievable. The sub woofer is double sided. Depending on what the movie is it shakes the house.You will not be disappointed with this purchase!!
