I was hesitant to try and purchase a used phone online again as i had a bad experience prior. I figured I would try best buy as i have a physical store near me. If i was to have any problems they could take care of it right then and there. I got the phone quick. It was exactly as described. I took it to the physical store to have my old phone replaced by the new one. Best Buy has a verizon rep in the store that is paid by Best Buy. She hooked me up with zero problems. This was as smooth as smooth could be

I trusted Best Buy on this. Didnt know had to deal with 3rd party. Phone didnt work, didnt charge. Tried to call 3rd party, after many attempts they want to inspect. I am still waiting for them to send me return label. Poor service managment and poor customer service
