Weak gimmick that does not protect your phone and feels cheap. Neat little effect with screen covered, but feels cheap and doesnt stay closed well

The flip case makes it difficult at time to take photos, because you have to hold care open, if you fold the cover it will block your rear camera on the phone

This is an average case which provides limited protection for falls and spills. It is a low cost way to get some protection for a phone.

Way too expensive for the quality. In order to take a photo, you must open the wallet as the lens is blocked by the closed case, in spite of the opening. Once in my car, I realized this. Never left the parkinglot, returned within minutes to store however, I was told Best Buy does not allow refunds, therefore, I am stuck with this useless case.

Not worth the money. Returned the case and bought something else more durable

Its a really cool looking case. Its also cool how it changes the always on display time to have it appear in the little slit on the front. However it sucks as a protective case. One drop out of a pocket and it destroyed the case and a corner of my phone.

So far its a good case haven't had it that long. I wish they had it in black.

The case is okay as there were not any other cases available for this phone.

Did not like the flip cover idea so I returned it to the store.

I purchased this case under recommendation of best buy and Samsung reps , along with my new s20fe5g phone about three weeks ago . the case offers no protection for the phone. the cover opens like a bird when the phone is dropped and there is no side or corner protection for the screen when it hits the ground. The bezil (side) of the case only comes half way up the phone. I dropped my phone twice from my purse getting in the car, about 2 ft from the ground. I now have broken screen glass. Trying to get help with customer service for over 4 hours today, constant disconnections and very difficult to understand. Hoping they will refund the case and repair my phone.

No real protection for phone along the edge. Wife dropped phone,. If the phone falls on it's edge, nothing much to prevent a cracked screen. Got another phone wallet with a good rubber rib to protect the phone. Not recommending this one.
