We downgraded our choice from new WaterWall to the traditional rotary - and couldn't be happier. This tried and proven method still works great and best of all, our heat pump outside the kitchen window makes more noise than this dishwasher. Seriously, you can NOT hear it running!

Love the 3rd rack, wish more dishwashers offered that feature. Cleans very well and is very quiet. I really like how it pops open once the sanitizing is complete to let the dishes cool.

I purchased this Samsung dishwasher in a suite that included a Samsung french door refrigerator with flex drawer, Samsung Electric Double oven/range and Samsung convection/microwave. When I noticed that both the middle and lower rack prongs were rusting, I contacted Samsung. They promptly informed me I was 3 days out of my one year warranty (from purchase date, not date of installation - which is less than one year) and they would not cover the parts. Now I have to purchase these parts (a couple hundred dollars at least) out of my own pocket. If I have to do this every year, I might as well throw this dishwasher out and purchase another brand. On a side note, I've had to replace the new refrigerator's ice maker twice (less than one year old), the electric double oven/range preheat is not accurate and it takes an additional 10-15 minutes to preheat and finally the convection part of the microwave doesn't appear to heat properly as well (although the microwave part does work). Bottom line, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Samsung appliances to anyone! We formerly had GE profile appliances for 15 years and never had anywhere close to these types of problems, especially in the first year.

The dishwasher is easy to use and very quiet and does a thorough job.

I can’t even hear that it’s running! It cleans very well I don’t even have to rinse the dishes off. The top rack is perfect for bbq tongs and longer knives.

This dishwasher is very quiet and I love the top rack for the fork and knives. Runs a littler longer than my old dishwasher but gets everything clean.

This dishwasher is super quiet and cleans great. No spots or streaks. I even cleaned a glass bake ware dish that I made meatloaf in without presoaking it, and it was as if it were never used. I am so happy with this purchase, wish I could have bought it sooner!

Cleans very dirty dishes excellent. Appliance is very quiet when running. Love the delay wash feature and feature when finished washing the door opens automatically.

Love having a third rack for all my larger utensils. also like being able to lay down dividers on bottom rack for my Larger pots and Pans.. Dishwasher cleans very well

Nice looking. Easy to load the top rack is a new must have for small items that can get lost before anywhere else. Holds plenty of items and washes very well.

The best thing about the dishwasher is the third top shelve. It's worth it. It is more expensive then other dishwasher s though.

The initial install was a problem when the machine kept giving a Leak Detection error (there was no leak). I de-installed it, purged the supply and drain lines with air, re-installed and it works fine. Great machine. Very quiet, does a nice job even on 60 min economy setting.

This was the quietest dishwasher I ever had. Absolutely fantastic. Has 3 trays and it pops open when it's done saving a ton of money drying the dishes.

The interior of this dishwasher is well-designed and fits a good deal of dishes inside. It does a fine job of washing well.

Samsung appliances go way beyond your expectations. This is the quitest dishwasher we have ever owned, easy to use, and does a great job.

Easy install, quiet, and very easy to use. It's unique look is a nice change from all others. Like the idea the controls are on top front. No reaching!

LOVE the black stainless. Quiet. Works good and cleans great. The third rack got in my way so I took it out.

This thing is fantastic. cleans very dirty dishes with ease. We installed the dishwasher at the end of our island adding 3/5 plywood around it to incorporate it into the island. we were worried that it would be loud being in an island and at the end. But this thing is silent, you cant even tell its running till you get right next to it and see the blue light indicating its running. we haven't played with all of the settings but so far the auto wash works great. When using auto it does take about 3hrs to wash but it does a great job.
