I'm wanting to give this 5 stars, but just can't yet. First I had trouble getting it to wash decent. I went back in to the store and talked with the sales rep, who gave me some advice as to what to use for all the wash settings. That seemed to help, but still am having some trouble with soap streaks. After the door pops open, the dishes are quite wet, so I end up having to blot up some of the water. I was also noticing a musty smell when I opened the door. I found on the bottom, there's a screen with some type of round filter(?) that had standing water that hadn't drained. I don't know if this is common or the dishwasher isn't draining properly. Geek squad is coming out to take a look at it. It's also a bit smaller inside than my previous dishwasher, so I'm having to be creative in getting the dishes in without overloading it. I bought the whole 4 piece appliance set and so far, this is the one I'm not really happy with....yet. BTW, I'm using Finish Dish Soap and Jet Dry.

Looks good and very quite.... just does the job right

I had to call the repairman to raise the top rack because my dishes did not fit in it and at the same time explain some aspects of the dishwasher. I find it fascinating that when the dishes are done, the door opens by itself to finish the cycle. The repairman was great and gave me some hints on how to clean the inside, etc. Better explanation than trying to read the book.

This was a easy install. It cleans well and is extermely quiet. I have had it a month and is great so far.

This is a great dishwasher. It is very quiet and when it is done washing and drying the dishes, the door opens up so you don't have to worry if the dishes are dirty or clean. Does a great job!

Great dishwasher. Very quiet and doesn't have an annoying melody when it's done. Actually don't mind it at all. The stormwater feature definitely does a great job on the greasy pots. Love my Samsung !!

Very quiet! Like the 3rd top tray! I wish there was a light on the front somewhere to see if it is running. There is a light on top with the controls but it's hidden under the counter when the door is closed.

We bought a house 3 years ago and the dishwasher already in the house was about 17 years old. This Samsung model is extremely quiet and the stormwash function works great. Totally worth the money!

I love my new dishwasher! The third rack is handy, even tho' I don't use it every day. It's easy to load, holds tons of dishes, and the door pops open when the dishes are dry. Aces.

This dishwasher is awesome. It is super quiet. Love the sterilization feature. Love that is has a third row for large knives or Tupperware lids that does not fit well in the baskets.

This dishwasher is super quiet when it runs and cleans your dishes too. Great looking and was delivered and installed as scheduled. Very pleased with the product and Best Buy's service. Highly recommend.

It's quiet, cleans well, meets our needs. The racks inside needed a little adjustment but was minor.

I purchased this model in August 2016. When you hear stainless you hear rust free. Well, the joints, the base all around, the inner top, the door, the rack support, etc got rusted (see photos below). The electronic display glitches also. So, because of the rust, different parts got damaged and must be replaced, which we are doing now. I purchased extended warranty of 5 years. This doesn't cover rust. If this is a factory problem... Then it is not a worthy product for such high price.

This dishwasher replaced an older model. It is extremely quiet. Love the 3rd rack!

Love this dishwasher it works amazing! And it’s super quiet you can’t even hear it for the most part! And it’s got some great settings to use! Dishes come out spotless!
