The dishwasher runs very quiet and has a cool feature... it opens when it finishes the cycle to allow for cooling. The third rack is really handy also.

This dishwasher so far is great! We've had it for about two months and use it almost every day. It is much more quiet than expected. At first,, we didn't even realize the water jets were running unless we opened the door! Now we know its just that quiet. And yes, dishes are clean!

Delivery and installation of Dishwasher was nice and smooth. It is quiet and performs fantastically. Great drying function that allows door to be popped open upon the completion of the cleaning process and all dish ware dries. Looks great and has plenty of space inside.

Works well and I like that there is a top rack for spatulas and spoons. It is very quiet and the door pops open when done so that it can dry completely.

Overall I love the look of the dishwasher and it washes very well. It has a third small rack at the top for utensils, which I love, but it takes away from some room in the lower 2 racks. I am unable to place my large plates on the bottom standing straight up. They have to be angled so they don't hit the sprayer on the rack above it.

Went to Best Buy location to see a different dishwasher and cheaper than this one. Was recommended by a Pacific Kitchen rep inside the Best Buy location and told to pay the extra money for the style and the features with this Samsung dishwasher compared to lower end Samsung models. By far, this dishwasher is SO quiet that I have to put my ear next the dishwasher to hear it. It looks fabulous in the kitchen along with the other stainless steel Samsung appliances also recently purchased at Best Buy. The dishwasher does pop open after the load cycle has finished to air-dry the dishes. Not an issue. This dishwasher does not have a heating element and relies on this air-dry. Could not be happier with this purchase. Use the dishwasher fully loaded maybe three times a week and have not noticed an uptick in energy bill either.

Though we have only had this dishwasher for about a month. It is super quiet and has done the job on clean dishes well.

We were looking for a dishwasher and knew we wanted to buy a Samsung. I spent a lot of time looking at the various models, and prices. The choice was between the Waterfall washer and the Storm wash with the 3rd rack. We choose the Storm wash with the third rack. I love it, and the 3rd rack comes in so handy for utensils, knives, spatulas, etc. The Storm wash really does do a great job on heavily soiled casserole dishes and alike. We are very happy with our new dishwasher. By the way it truly is quiet.

I love, love, love the 3rd row rack! Great for the bigger utensils or trays. Very quiet machine. At first I was like wtheck why did the machine open? I forgot that it does that to dry faster about 9 minutes before the end of cycle.

Great dishwasher. Plenty of space with 3rd rack. Black stainless steel is amazing. Cleans disher very well and runs quietly. Worth every penny.

Great dishwasher that we got as a replacement for another Samsung model. It was easy enough to install and runs great so far. Nice and quiet and the way it opens the door at the end and gets things much drier is great.

This dishwasher is great. I replaced a Bosch that died on me. My other appliances have been Samsung so I tried this one out and am not at all disappointed. The third shelf adds a lot of area to put items, the stormwash feature is incredibly powerful and the power it uses is minimal because it opens itself up to air dry your dishes. It saves on energy and is nearly silent to boot. I set it to run about 1-2 AM usually and I never once have even noticed it turning on or off.

We purchased this dishwasher as part of our Samsung kitchen suite purchase. Dishwasher exceeds our expectations of what a dishwasher can do. Ability to adjust to accommodate any size dishes and or pots and pans. Set machine to sanitize mode and will dry dishes very well. Unlike older model dishwashers, this one does not use a heating element to dry dishes making it safer and more energy efficient.

Very quiet. Cleans dishes beautifully with no spots. You can position racks to accommodate your needs - nice feature. The door opens automatically at the end of the dry cycle - scared me to death - I hadn't read the instructions! I love this feature because it reminds me to empty it. Very nice.

Great product good value my wife loves it,very quit and easy to program .Nice front with all buttons on top .I have had good luck with Samsung product so it was an easy choice when picking out machine .

Seems to me that the time to ask for a review is after the product is a couple of years old. My NEW Dish Washer is only TEN DAYS OLD SO how much can I say about it?? It is MUCH EASIER TO LOAD than my previous machine... It is making my wife VERY VERY HAPPY!! The installers (GEEK SQUAD) Were among the most professional I have ever encountered. We have a Samsung Washing Machine that is several years old and performs perfectly, so I am anticipating equal performance from my new Dish Washer. Like a new car or A new baby, they are beautiful and perfect when only ten days old. Come back in TWO YEARS and I will give you my honest opinion! So far I stand by Samsung Appliances !! (Phones? NOT SO MUCH ) Tim

Dishes and flatware came out looking like they were brand new! Very quiet operation! Don't even hear it go through the cycles. Easy to clean with a micro fiber cloth.

Great dishwasher. Everything that was a little questionable for me can be turned on or off. For example, it pops the door open in the last few minutes of drying. This was Samsungs answer to people complaining there's no drying coil (which is a good thing to get rid of) but if you don't like the door open, there's a code to turn that off. Same with the sounds. The dishes dry just fine in both settings. We use extra hot water and jet dry and that helps too most likely. The buttons work good and respond nice to touch. Only thing we've been worried about is when water from the counter or sink splashes on the button display. We wipe it off when we see it but I'm not sure how good the seal is there. You'd think they thought of that but that's why we bought a new one. Our old dishwasher (not samsung) got water in the control panel. The under counter mount works good. But beware, we had to use the side mount option because if you use the top (into the counter) the brackets will block the control panel when it's shut. You also won't be able to see the controls when shut. I realize this is the design and may not matter to some. But we decided to use the side mount option so we could pull the unit out more and see the panel while it's running. This is particularly useful to see the time remaining screen. Otherwise, overall we really like it. It's quite, install was easy (we did not pay best buy extra for install.) if you know even a little what you're doing, you're fine. Water in, water out, power. That's it. Oh also, the power wash option actually is nice. We've put baked on dishes and cheese coated pans and it comes out clean. Really nice. There's also a jet dry indicator on the control panel. That's a nice touch to know when you need more jet dry added. If you like the Samsung appliance brand, you'll like this dishwasher. It's a good mid to top level washer but at a lower price then say Bosch equivalent
