    It's a so far so good. I had a different storage and it froze up keeping all the data that was on it. I'm definitely crossing my fingers that it doesn't happen again.

    This drive is quite fast especially when connected via USB 3.1 Gen 2 cables to a computer. It does get a bit warm but that is to be expected considering the overall size of the drive. The aluminum case dissipates the heat well.

    Five star for the product 0 stars for the geek squad worst experience the young lady with multi color hair just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping said this product was the worst but it was exactly what I wanted...won't be back to this location
