I bought this washer over 6 months ago after weeks of research on many washers both top and front loaders. It was definitely not inexpensive, BUT worth every penny. This washer is one of the best purchases I have made. I have never seen such cleaning capabilities by anything. It takes a bit longer, but that is probably why it cleans so well. I not only save on my water bill, but also on my gas bill due to the effective spin cycle, that not only spins well, but loosens the clothes from the tub in between spins. And when it is done, it plays a short, sweet musical tune.

I got this washer during fourth of July sale and am in love with it. I washes clothes really well. It's big, which cuts my laundry time in half. I love love love the dryer as well. dry all the clothes. The only thing is after about two weeks of having this washer, it started leaking. Water started to come out of door, then the spot where you put liquid detergents. I called best buy and got it replaced, and haven't had any problems with the new one. I give it four stars for the inconvenience of having to exchange it. For so much $$$ (got the stands and everything), this shouldn't have happened. The new one vibrates more then the first one did and I wonder if it has to do with installation? Anyways, I will be calling the store so they can come check on that. We'll see with the new one.
