Often times the dishes on the middle rack were still dirty. If someone opened the door in the middle of the cycle, when they closed the door it wouldn't restart. And the dry cycle didn't always work but you can't just run a dry cycle so you have to hand dry all the dishes. Also frustrating was the cycle takes 3-1/2 hours to complete.

Extremely quiet. At one point I wasn't sure it was even running. Cleans and drys great.

Really quiet design. Love the blue light indicator at night. Did I say it's really quiet. Dishes come out pretty clean too!

I need to use a booster to get dishes clean. Wish the pieces that hold the dishes up were longer.

I was sold on this dishwasher by the sales personnel. I waited almost 2 weeks for the delivery. I Had made the choice to install it myself, so that I knew it was installed correctly. My issue is the black sticker that claims a 5 year warranty. I can't get it off, so I called Samsung customer support & waited for 20 minutes. The woman wanted to know my phone number, address and my name. She told me to try olive oil and warned me not to scratch the finish. After I protested that the scratching or sticker residue was my concern & why would the marketing team at Samsung insist on a sticker on a high end product, I ended the call & tried to remove the sticker with olive oil and tweezers. Well, the sticker came off, but the residue remains. Is it a good dishwasher? I'll probably not know because when best buy opens this morning, I'm calling my sales associate and I'm going to tell him to come get this sticker stained dishwasher out of my house. If you don't mind stickers on your new appliances, then Samsung is for you!

I ended up returning this unit. It was super quiet. It this brand apparently doesn't dry well (trade off for energy efficiency). Best Buy was very helpful on the return and I'm happy with the new brand I purchased.

This dish washer cleans the dishes really well, and is really quiet. Only thing I miss is the heat coil dry feature our old dish washer had as an option. Need to leave the dishes dry for about 3 hours minimum.

Very impressed with how quiet this unit is - except for when the water fills and discharges, don't really know it is running. Organizing dishes takes a little getting used to and we often need to use the extra dry cycle, but overall very happy.

After installation and a couple times use this machine is great.you can not hear it at all. I really like the highest shelf. Silver ware is easy to put in and take out.

This dishwasher is nice and very functional. You can fold everything to accommodate bigger plates/pots/bowls. Extra top slide out rack is a plus...

I did not read the reviews on this particular Samsung because it was too expensive, but I did on the other models that were more in my price range and was quite happy with them. We were able to get this one because it was an out-of-box item & on special for over 50% off. After installation and use, we are very pleased. Super quiet and everything comes out clean! Easy to use too.

So far satisfied with the dishwasher plenty of room and like the adjustable rack so can put large or tall items

Best dishwasher we have owned. Makes very little noise when operating. In fact, we kept opening the door the first few times it was running just to see if it was working. Everything comes out clean, no pre washing needed, Although not used a lot, the third rack is a nice feature.

First of all I love the name Samsung everything they have is great, what made this deal so sweet was it all was a package deal with great pricing and 18 month financing. We are having our home built and will install these new appliances so I will give my review then but I'm sure it will still be a 5 star rating.

Again I didn't think I would like a dishwasher because I think it makes you lazy, but after having this I really like the look, how good it cleans and that it's quiet. Great product.

I installed myself without any problem. The hardest part of the install was getting the 5 year warranty sticker off the front. It left a mess with the glue. I have figure out how to remove that now.

I bought this dishwasher cause our old one was leaking. This thing is super quite and does a great job of getting the dishes clean. I've read the reviews on this and did a lot of homework on it before buying. One thing I've seen people mess up on is this dishwasher requires a hot water line not your standard cold. Love this as well as all the other Samsung products I bought this year.
