I love this dishwasher! Utensil tray at top is perfect, lets me add more dishes on the bottom by removing the other two silverware baskets. Run dry cycle and your dishes will be super clean and dry. I've had no issues with this dishwasher.

This dishwasher is not what I expected. The dishes remain very wet after they have gone through the dryer cycle. I have to open the dryer and let them dry.

This is my second waterwall. I put one in the cabin a year ago, and when the dishwasher at the house went out, I didn't hesitate to buy another waterwall.

We've tested hard water, we cleaned with jet dry and vinegar- nothing seems to get the glasses clean

would not recommend it if you were here. Definitely do not get the third row rack as the dishes and other items placed on the rack do not get clean

I love this dishwasher, it cleans spotlessly, is soooo quiet, and is planned well for loading. Other features:Dishes can be concentrated in one area for 1/2 load washing. Silverware cleans well in special top drawer and it also has silverware baskets if you prefer. I love the clean lines of front panel, cleans easily with ZEP SS cleaner leaving no fingerprints. This was a tip from our wonderful installers. Great buy.

Works very well, would recommend to anyone, I was looking to replace my builder grade dishwasher and I am very happy with this one!!

This dishwasher is elegant looking ans really quiet..dont even know its on!

The drawers stuck and were difficult to move. Left dishes very wet.

Really makes a difference in the cleanliness of our dishes....makes entertainment clean up much simpler...

They put a STUPID 5 Year sticker on the door and the glue is NOT coming off easily after I struggled to get the sticker off...VERY STUPID and NOT HAPPY!!!! Have tried everything and still the glue is there!!! The company representative didn't know what would take it off!!!

This was a open box item. When arrived for installation, there was a few parts missing. I had to wait for another 2 weeks. When everything was installed, I had an issue after a few months. The geek person said I was lucky since I purchased an extended warranty.

This was a great buy given all the features it comes with.

I loved this dishwasher has the rack on the top to put small items such as chopsticks, but I am not satisfied how clean they can wash dishes... I feel like I need to rinse again after finishing the cycle...I don't think they don't rinse the dishes well... it looks like left soap on the dishes dried out too, so dishes looks always white after the cycle because of the left soap... And it takes 2hr 30 min or more to finish just normal wash cycle... Too long...if you pick the cycle for heavy dirty dishes, takes more than 3hrs to wash. I don't really recommend this.

I purchased the Samsung Waterwall dishwasher, even though it had reviews that said it leaks at the door. Well, they were right. Good thing that I bought the Geek Squad protection. Repair man has been out 3 times to replace gaskets, and the sliding middle rack arms. I'm waiting on BB to declare it a lemon. Kitchenaid will be the next try. Too bad, because the washer does a nice job on the long cycle, but only so-so on Express 60 minute wash. It is very quiet, which was the main selling point for me.

This dishwasher is great and very quiet. Going from an old washer to this is a definite upgrade. No heated dry but with the dryer option it does the job well enough for us.

The 1st dishwasher displayed a code that could not be reset.The 2nd dishwasher has a pump problem.My wife is livid !!!
