We actually had our first one installed replaced thinking that it was a bum unit. It turns out that I was the bum for not fully researching how poorly a dishwasher will run if one has very hard water, as we did at the time living in Davis, CA. For the replacement unit, I TURNED ON our water softener in the new home, and started using a rinse agent, which was recommended for hard water situations. We've since moved to mostly surface water in Davis, and the thing works perfectly. No spots, or left on food. And we aren't OCD about rinsing before loading her up.

Great dishwasher. I'm still getting use to the product but I highly recommend it. FYI if you want your dishes to dry after the job is done open the door and leave it open for while for it to dry.

Reviews indicated that this dishwasher is silent, and the reviews were correct! The only sounds we hear are when the water is going down the drain.

I have had this dishwasher installed for less than three weeks. At first I liked all the features, but noticed it did a terrible job at drying the dishes. I didn't mind that so much because it did a great job cleaning and the features were great. What I cared about was when it leaked all over my floor and had an LC code come up. In doing some research, apparently this is a common problem with this dishwasher.

Sales at Best Buy highly recommended this dishwasher. The "waterfall" system as the latest and greatest thing. I also had convinced myself that I had to have a 3rd shelf. After having this dishwasher, I constantly have to clean the bottom trap, even though I rinse my dishes first. The dishes do not dry at all and the 3rd rack leaves little to no room for larger dishes.

All the reviews fail to mention you need to purchase rinse aid to get the dishes dryer. Not what was expected for a high proceed dishwasher!

This is super quiet, you cant even tell its running. Does a good job of getting dishes clean, and I LOVE the third rack.

Cleans quietly. Only problem is getting the Samsung sticker off the front.

I have had several washers over the years and am one who wants to place the dishes in the washer press start and forget about it. Whats the point of a dishwasher if you have to pre wash before washing. This washer does an excellent job with no pre washing required. I am very happy with this purchase and look foward to many years of clean dishes.

I've owned a few different brands of dishwashers over many years. This dishwasher is by far the absolute best dishwasher I've ever owned! It thoroughly cleans the dishes, no water spots and completely dries all dishes. It is an expensive dishwater, but most definitely worth the extra money you will spend!

Just what we were looking for in a dishwasher. It feels all of our needs.

washes dishes great . has plenty of room. I have a open floor plan and I cant hear it run. If it didn't have a large blue light on the front you would not know if it is running. The third rack for long silverware and knifes etc. is a plus also good for outside grill utensils.

Stopped working two weeks after installation. Local repair services refused to work on it, citing known issues. Returned it and bought a Maytag.

This was 4th dishwasher, the first dishwasher had a dent. Second one did too. Third one did not fit. 4th one had another dent. Wake up Best Buy, do your job right.

I am not happy with the dish washer. Dishes are still wet after drying cycle. Poor heating capability. Dishes have to be hand dried after cycle is complete.
