This is a great printer it works well prints fast and clear. It Scans, prints, copies, faxes and has wireless printing for mobile devices. It was really easy to install and set up after I got it out of the box I was printing in 5min. It has a great office feel to it very professional looking it is big and heavy duty. I have it in my home and it looks great. It has very large ink cartridges which is pro but also a con due to the cost of each one. It does do double sided printing but does not copy double sided this is another con when you print it will print the first side on the sheets then you have to take the stack and reinsert it in to the paper drawer flipped upside down to print the second side. But it does print really fast and clear. Hope you all like it I would recommend this product.

I purchased this printer to do homeschooling and we are using it quite a bit. Still, it's not like an office heavy environment. So far, very good quality. I could do wireless setup very easy. The only thing I don't like is that the Android app for phones does not work with graphics. Only documents. Hopefully they upgrade the software to correct that very soon

This printer prints very nice quality color and black and white prints, scans and copies quickly and is very easy to setup and use. Control panel allows easy control and configuration with touch screen user interface. Connects via USB or network, software is useful without much bloat. Only issue is the toner cartridges that come with the printer are not full so will need to replace sooner than had they been as full as new cartridges. For the sale price I spent I am very, very pleased with this machine.

This is a very sophisticated, quiet, wifi-networked color-laser-printer that delivers a very good color print. This printer was on sale for $225 when I purchased it. A week later, the price was $200. Not sure why this printer is being dumped, but, so far, I highly recommend anyone that wants a color laser printer (much better than inkjet), jump at this bargain.

Easy to install. Directions are clear and concise. Seems like it must be run as default printer. So far we have had excellent quality production..

This is a good laser multifunction printer. I bought it when on sale making it very competitive to other printers. Print quality is very good.

I have very mixed feelings about this machine after over a year using it. You have to use Samsung cartridges, OEM cartridges produce really lousy output. Samsung carts are $300 a set on sale for 1500-2000 pages, so the extra high quality of print comes at a price. It's easy to maintain. The software side (menus) is completely confusing and almost impossible to navigate. Great prints fast. Samsung has sold their whole printer operation to HP. Which means horrible customer service.

    Fax/Scan/Standby time

I struggled initially, after set up, to make fax/scanner work. The box did not come with hardcopy owner's manual; you have to depend on the online user's manual. However, online manual was/is not so clear on how to make fax/scanner functions work; I had to call Geek squad and Samsung hotline support to have it all figured out. Printer works great; print quality is excellent. It doesn't do duplex printing though. Every time it's on standby mode, I have to wait for it to re-initialize before it could print anything (again). By and large, if for home/school use, this is a recommendable wireless, laser, all-in-one. I'm still happy I purchased this. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung Electronics!

Pretty good but does have problems

Setup was an issue, as my Mac doesn't have a CD reader and the chat was less than no help. However, once I got past that, it prints fast and clearly. My problems with it are: 1) it spits paper out everywhere if I don't stand right there - rather an issue when I'm printing over 200 things at a time; 2) it doesn't seem to have an option - that I've found yet anyway - to make a copy in BW rather than color. If I'm making a copy, I don't really need to waste the color on it; 3) loading the paper isn't easy. I have to get up, totally remove the tray, fight in the paper, then wait for it to ask me if I want to change the paper size - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And it won't print at all, ever, if I don't tell it yes or no. Sharpness of the scanning feature leaves something to be desired. Haven't set up the fax for various reasons. With all that, it's still far better than the more expensive HP printer that this replaced when I finally had my fill of that expensive piece of junk. Just wish HP didn't now run Samsung.

    Initial Review

Finally, i have a printer that will not dry up (ink). Initial setup was easy using USB. However, since most of the in-house PCs have either wifi or bluetooth connection, I reconfigured the printer to printing over Wifi and the setup was a bit harder and complicated. The bet thing about the printer was its compatability with Galaxy phones with NFC capability, but setting the "pairing" between devices were really, really tedious. I will post an update after further use.

This printer was on a great sale when I purchased it. Initially had some trouble connecting it wirelessly to my computer. The ability to print quickly from my iPhone is really handy. So far enjoying the machine.
