Caught it on sale, and the 120 size is just big enough to load Windows Pro, and a few programs. I plan on getting the clone machine to make a few copies of more SSD's. Low power, and quiet, and the trusted Scan Disk quality made this purchase a no brainier. Fast load with my Ryzen 3, and 4g ram.

It is really a great and device for me. I am so happy from buying it .

The body of this drive is slightly thinner than typical hard drives and on certain slide in applications may miss the plug connector and slide in underneath. The mounting holes are in the standard place so bolting into a caddy works fine. It functions well (when connected properly) at a faster speed than the old drive.

The price was right no problem upgrading to the laptop recommended

120GB isn't a lot of storage, but if you use cloud services or external hard drives to store all your data and just load your operating system and other crucial software onto the SSD, this little drive is really a steal. The product description is misleading though.. This is a 2.5 form factor drive, the size used in nearly all laptops, but with an inexpensive adapter it can easily be installed in a 3.5 bay of any desktop computer, so it's not just for laptops. I wound up purchasing two of these. Installed one in my MacBook Pro and one in my PC Desktop and I've been enjoying them both. I do recommend external hard drives or NAS (network attached storage) though. Also, don't bother with the Insignia SATA III cable, it doesn't fit any modern drive. Get your cable elsewhere!

I’ve got a handful of these drives being used in my company. We have had nothing but great luck with them and they have brought new life to once would be old workstations that almost went to the recycler. With us extending the use out of our aging workstations, It’s a blessing to only need to spend $50 to restore those systems to peak health and save our company money each year by doing this. Highly recommended. Fast, reliable, and inexpensive to boot.

This drive is extremely light and fast. It is easy to install and more importantly easy to migrate your entire existing hard drive contents to it. It fit perfectly in my external enclosure as well. Enough space for basic laptop functions.

I repair computers and this solid state drive is very reliable in putting a significant boost to your computer so is your computer running slow instead of getting more ram or whatever start swapping out your hard drive is a big boost usually in macs the booting time running a regular hard drive fluctuates between 22 to 37 seconds with just this SSD drive goes from 8 to 12 seconds in booting time so thats a lot plus you get more battery life since it doesn't have mechanical parts it saves battery so definitely a must have awesome brand one of my favorite.

Got a pretty good deal on this 120gb SSD for my daughter's computer I built for her Christmas present. Really good speeds for the price.

This SDD was very easy to instal, and it truley is six times faster than the old hard drive. The laptop boots up in 4 seconds, and apps open quickly. The laptop even runs quieter and cooler and weighs less! This SSD is a great way to save an aging laptop!

The hard drive installed very easily, there is a free download to monitor the health of the hard drive. Boot times and application performance dramatically faster. Word of caution, when transferring over an existing drive that is larger, watch the space on the recovery partition (D), Windows by default will make it 10% of total space, with this smaller drive it consumed all the space causing low disk errors. Use a partition tool to resize the recovery drive (D) to all allow 10 GB free. First 6 weeks have been flawless, (Knock on wood it stays that way)

This is a great SSD for older laptops or secondary PCs where you are looking to upgrade from a HDD. I have plenty of Samsung SSDs and while they are great they are also more expensive. The SanDisk SSD comes out on top for price/capacity and only slightly lower in terms of performance, but still way ahead of HDDs. I have used these with both Win10 and Ubuntu installs with no issues and great speed. I would buy again.

I got one of these and got a Samsung evo of the same size for slightly more money and the SanDisk has held up just as long and seems to be just as fast.

This SSD is very fast, but if your going to buy one, buy the 250gb or the 500gb. Using this drive as a boot drive does not provide me enough storage. Im constantly moving files to my other drives. Still, it has transformed my PC speed and power.

I have 10 of these drives and have never had a single issue with them. They are well priced and preform beyond expectation

I recently purchased two of these drives for two of my development laptops, one Mac and one Windows. Windows installed without issue in less than 30 min, iOS bricked 2 and I had issues with the 3rd. I wouldn't recommend for Mac.

If you don't need a ton of storage, this SSD worked great for us and really sped up the boot process on our laptop.

The SSD Plus by SanDisk is a great choice for anyone who needs a day in and day out fast disk drive. I have purchase seven of these drives in the last year and my family members and business contacts have all been impressed at the speed, reduce heat (especially in notebooks) and reduced noise. You cannot go wrong.

For the size and prize of the SSD it was a great choice to switch over all my main OS and select programs.

Got drive to use in a server boot drive. Preforms well installed with no issues. Would recommend
