Excellent speeds that actually utilize USB3.0 bandwidths like I've never been able to see in an external drive before! I transferred gigabytes of data in seconds, almost as if it were another internal drive. Faster, even, than an internal spinning disk drive! Yet, it also functions very well as a boot drive like a thumb drive so that I can have a bootable recovery and troubleshooting environment. I love this drive! This drive is truly worth the cost.

I have been slow to jump on the SSD train, and I am wondering why I waited so long! I travel a lot for work while also running my photography business on the side and these small SSD's really make a difference in the weight of my bag, as well as I don't have to worry about if they get bumped around a lot. Transfer speeds are extremely fast compared to my external hard drives. Highly recommend!

Despite some online warnings about content loss, I've never had an issue with this drive. It's rugged, extremely portable, and offers excellent value for its ample storage capacity. Highly recommended!

Very nice! Used for backup storage and to dump all my samples and projects onto. Very nice, lightening fast.

I use this for my Lightroom catalog for editing pictures. I purchased this because I heard on YOUTUBE from a reputable photographer that using one of these while going back and forth between a laptop and a pc would Lightroom work faster. I can say it has! I love Sandisk recovery tech people especially as well as they have been helpful every time, and generous with their time. They have helped me recover deleted files in the past that had not been formatted yet.

This is my second Extreme SanDisk. Great backup option in addition to cloud storage, because you never know... There is a little bit of a lag when saving files to it, that is why 4 stars, otherwise no problems.

I talked to an employee at store as read somewhere that this particular model did not work with iPhone 15 he said it did after looking it up! IT DOES NOT. But i will use it with my cameras. Always try to euducate your self some as know one knows it all.

Product works great. Remember to check your devices if they are compatible with the newest USB (3.0 I believe). Wished the double sided type C cable was longer and a tighter connection to the USB adapter

Great portable storage. It is very easy to carry it and use it to store useful documents.

I got my son a gaming laptop and I skimped on the hard drive (may bad and not too smart, ces't la vie). Thus, I had to come up with an external option. I also wanted one that would connect to the "C" USB port and get maximum transfer. This thing flies!! The connection between the SanDisk and the computer is flawless and all the data migrated brilliantly.

Fantastic little portable SSD! Super speedy 1gbit/s read/write and included usb c-c cable and c-a dongle. Great value when paired with a 15% off coupon from trading in an old storage device or hard drive. Its rubberized finish can get a little gross, but is worth the extra drop protection. On the inside, there's supposedly an NVME SSD (according to my CrystalDiskInfo software) which explains the speed.
