Difficult to open & close...

I havevto use a screwdriver or end of pen to open in order to plug in. I would have returned, but already threw away packaging. I bought 2 different capacities & both have same problem. Tossed them.

This connects to your phone, not laptop for transfer from phone to laptop. Gonna return, it's weird for me. Old school in transferring stuff.

Laptop only has USB-c and For some reason, the ISO was having trouble going through my USB-c hub. Bought 2 of these, drove across town. Everything worked.
