Very nice radio with many features. I know that the weather alert channel works exactly like it is described. For that alone this is a great deal. Also, the radio has a built in NiCad battery charging feature that is great too. The dial lights work great, it is simply a quality radio!

This radio has a lot of features for the price. Like other Sangean radios, it gets good FM reception. It also has local NOAA weather channels, but AM reception is not good without an external antenna. If we lose power, this will come in very handy. It is easy to use and has good sound quality. I will try the rechargeable batteries feature in the future.

This has got to be the very best radio I have purchased. My husband thought it was a worthwhile buy and he never praises any purchases. I would most certainly recommend this brand of radio to everyone. It has am and fm plus weather band channels. Good luck if you buy this product.

This radio is outstanding in all respects. It has so many features it can easily take the place of your night table radio.

This radio receiver is all that is advertised and more. The AM and FM channels are clear and steady with no static or fading. We were surprised with the excellent performance.

Got for my husband for Christmas so far so good. Reception is good

Like it but wish it only went off when storms are close. Not when they just break into the state and you're located in the middle of the state.

While this is an easy radio to use and it's sound quality is decent for it's size, this is not a radio to be used in the shower as it is advertised. It will last 6-8 months and then be unuseable. Find another radio; definitely not this one.
