It sits pretty flush to the wall, and has little kick stands that auto engage when you need to tilt the tv up to access the ports. However, it is definitely overpriced. However, Sanus has come through on their warranty for other products (like furniture) and so i trust the brand

The locking system is decent. Easily fits my new 65' tv. However I recommend you plug your cables into the tv before hanging it. There is not much room to squeeze your hand behind the tv to plug them in.

Other than that it seemed to be of good quality. We eneded up getting the Samsung no gap mount & it’s amazing!!

We had others that were not as versatile. Just follow the instructions and secure it properly. If you get stuck they provide a link to several installation videos. Very pleased.

Picked up this mount to set the Samsung in a spare room, did the trick. I like the pull cords for proping the TV up from behind for cable management, though they could hang a little higher.

Had to return the in walk power outlet too because this mount wouldn’t work with it. So now we have the tv cord exposed and the Apple TV on the floor under the tv. The whole point of getting a mount was so we wouldn’t need furniture under the tv. Home gym in a small room.

The instruction manual is very clear and height/position calculator on their website is very useful. I recommend reading the entire set of directions first and then proceed with the installation.
