We have the strings in place to make the TV easy to adjust post-install but still remain close to the wall. We do suggest taping these or using twist ties to hide them. Glad that the mount is working out for you though and we will take this into consideration on future designs!

Not good for 32' TVs.

I was concerned about having the proper hardware and he informed me that this particular brand gives you more than enough different bolts and fasteners for many different TVs. Had it installed on my tv and attached to my wall in minutes after opening the box!

My TV is a 55" inch, so plenty large, but the pull strings are completely visible underneath the TV. Because of that, we're not going to use this mount even though we already paid to have it hung. Super frustrating! Other TV mounts have a small magnet in place to hang up the strings if needed.
