The screws that it came with aren't long enough and we both read the directions. Its up on the wall but seriously not correct. Its possible we should have called a professional to hang for us. LOL Probably our fault.

Needs two individuals to mount a 50 inch or larger tv. Once mounted, tv can not be removed and difficult to attach necessary HDMI and cable attachments.

Sorry to hear install was difficult for you. The TV can be removed after it's been mounted I have listed the steps below also on page 11 of the install manual it also has the steps and shows photos.
1. Disconnect all cables from the TV.
2. To unlock the TV from the wall plate: Pull down and hold both release
cords while gently pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall. To prevent breaking the locking latch: always pull and hold the release cords down while pulling the TV away from the wall.
3. Lift the TV up and off of wall plate.

Hardware Cheaply Made

Annoying if you have a Samsung

The stripped head caused a significant problem to complete the installation. Had to replace the screw with a better grade fastener.
