Horrible design.You pull on these strings to make the clamps click on. Then these strings dangle down below the edge of your TV. The rep at sanus was horrible. Wanted to argue with us, he was so rude. We ended up telling them the product was garbage.

Thanks for the feedback. Fixed position mounts can make it more difficult to access the back of the TV. If you need to regularly access the back of the TV to switch out HDMI cables, we recommend going with a full-motion or advanced tilt mount.

After he left I tried to take tv off wall but the two releases would not release . The next day my cable company came over & he could not release wall tv either after 15 mins he finally release it . I took back wall mount & bought a much better one that now works.

its too bulky and requires spacers

Did not realize you need spacers...very hard to get right. Also bough a wall bracket for a larger TV a year ago at Best Buy which did not require spacers and works just fine. My bad...but I hate to return things...
