Decent Product - one flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent product with good institutions, plenty of hardware included (M6, M8 screws) to fit most any TV and a cut out template to make measuring/placement simplified against your wall. The problem is the wall screws included. They are cheap allen screws that strip easily as you anchor a good fasten to the wall. I got half way into the stud and the screws stripped as i tried to tighten. Had to use vice grips to get them out and opted to use heavy bolts instead. Luckily I had them around from a previous mount left by a prior owner of the home.

Thank you for the follow up here. I apologize that these allen screws did not work out for you. We use these to keep the super slim low profile for this mount. I will be sure to take note of this issue though moving forward and let our product managers know.

Great Mount

I’ve owned this mount for about 10 years

Just bought a new 70” tv thats 150 pounds, techically beyond what they recommend, but seems to be fine. Might get another to mount the old tv in the kids room. Recommend this for sure.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If your TV's mounting pattern is not centered, DO NOT TRUST the Sanus online calculator to tell you where to mount the plate. It was completely wrong for my TV. Otherwise, it's a nice product and very slim, as promised. No idea what the complaint about the mounting hardware is... the screws I got were pretty robust and I screwed them into the studs with no problem.
