When purchasing an early Macbook Pro M2 the lack of ports was concerning so reviewing option the Satechi looked like the clear choice... and it certainly has. Light, compact and fast transfers. Would highly recommend.

Love it, MacBook Air doesn’t have USB or HDMI but this thing solves it all, just plug it and ready to use, it’s small and easy to storage in my backpack it even come with other type c since it uses the 2 type c on the left side of the MacBook Air, and I love how it comes with the SD slots too, and it doesn’t take the charging space for the MacBook Air, very useful I really recommend it,

The Satechi takes care of what I need with more than enough ports for anything else I may need in the future.

Great option if you are trying to broadcast your Mac or any laptop with a usb-c to HDMI, connecting it to a monitor or TV.

This product was dead after 3 weeks of normal use. I went to return it and the girl told me they would not take it back even if it is defective. I will not be going back to Best Buy. The cost is way too high I can find a lower cost one of better value on Amazon. Amazon will let me return it esp, if it is defective. Goodby Best Buy.

This USB-C hub is super handy if you use a Mac. It gives you a bunch of extra ports, like HDMI, USB 3.2, SD card slots, and even 100W charging. It’s really slim, little space needed to travel with, and matches my Mac’s look, which is nice. It works fast and smoothly, great for school, work, or just staying organized.

I specifically liked this product because of its small size and very low weight. This also does not prevent the macbook lid from closing. Please note it uses both the USB C ports to connect to the macb. It has 2 USB A ports which I continuously use. It has an HDMI and 2 SD/micro SD ports that I havent tried yet. It also has 2 USB C ports, one of which is a pass through for charging. But i didn’t need the passthrough because i use the magsafe charger directly with the macb. The good thing about the design of this hub device is that it keeps the magsafe port of the macbook accessible. That’s a huge plus. One small negative is that the USB A ports are very tight and you need to push the connectors into the hub with a bit of force. Its best for devices that are continuously connected but maybe annoying if you want to take them out frequently. Overall, I would recommend this product.

This usb 4 port hub is awesome. It's lite weight, and you just plug it in to your MacBook Air, and you can plug in your keyboard, mouse, sim card, and your HDMI cable to hook up your TV or Comp. screen. worth the buy. Just remember to unplug it after. It can drain your battery.

Great, very sleek. Worked perfect no issues, everything was easy and has all different options for different cables!

This thing does its job. Light weight and easy to pack in my small tech bag for all my laptop and charging accessories. Only drawback if you like to use a hard case on your macbook air, you will have to remove the bottom casing for this to fit properly. If that's not a big deal for you, then I highly recommend.

Very useful to extend my MacBook Air at home with an external monitor and support for legacy USB devices. Also portable enough to take with me if I need to access devices at a remote location. No ethernet port, if you need one, but I don’t.

Exactly what I needed! I recently consolidated my split setup at my desk, which had both my desktop and MacBook, to just use my MacBook and was looking for a plug and play solution to hook up my setup. This hub got me setup easily with an ultra wide monitor, second monitor, speakers, dedicated microphone, and another USB-C dongle for USB without any setup issues.

Bought in advance of MacBook, final decision on a touchscreen notebook, I found the usb c spacing is not an industry standard, so didn’t work in all machines.

I have owned several of this particular Satechi Pro Hub and all of them preform great and build construction is great and compliments my Mac Book Pro.
