    Looks wise it matches the MacMini M1 perfectly... Functionality wise, it's garbage!! all the connections, internal SSD and every USB port is slow. Completely useless, I don't even want to use it. Copying 1GB to the internal drive started out at 7mins and keeps going up, 18mins at this point. Ridiculous! now I see that it's sold out/discontinued. Another useless crap from china

    It works, but not exactly as I would like. It takes a non-nvme M2 drive, but my best buy only carried NVME M.2 so I had to purchase a USB NVME Dongle to use it with my Mac Mini.

    Works good so far. The only thing that irks be a bit is when Mac goes to sleep and comes back on. Gives me Notification regarding external ssd installed in it was disconnected before it being unmounted.

    Fits perfectly under my MAC mini M1.The memory expansion option allows me to increase the memory and replace,swap it if needed.

    Great idea I want it it!! But unfortunately it lacks thunderbolt which is a total bummer! Not only does it take away one of the only 2 thunderbolts on the M1 Mini but without support for thunderbolt you cant take advantage of all the features and speed!! I hope Satechi takes notice and makes one that supports thunderbolt soon!! until then it's a hard pass.
