The bookcase was pretty easy to put together and looks good once assembled. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the piece that goes on the back had a deep crease so it's obvious it isn't wood when looking at it. Also, some of the nails came through when putting the back piece on, although I guess this is a potential problem with any furniture that needs assembly. Definitely need to secure to the wall so it doesn't tip over.

It's not the sturdiest bookcase of all time, but it does the job, especially at the price. It's relatively easy to assemble and all the pieces and hardware fit together well. It's a good choice for anyone on a budget.

I purchased 2 of these bookshelves. I only ended up receiving one because the other one was so damaged upon delivery that it had to be sent back. Overall it's easy to put together and looks nice. The back panel is a little crooked so it took some adjusting to get it to fit well and nail it in. Otherwise I would recommend it. You can't beat the price.

This bookshelf is cheaply made. Plywood all over and a cardboard back. However, it is worth the price. Easy to assemble & looks nice once up in our living room.

This shelf is pretty decent. They were very easy to put together, but you might need a second person to set it up. The only other thing is you have to line it up perfectly or there will be a gap. (PS, do not put super glue on it, it eats away and turns it white)

Wicked easy to put together and stand up by yourself. Easy to adjust shelves as needed. Nice dark brown colour, close to black.

I bought this to go in a closet for extra storage. Easy to assemble, and sturdy for the price. Cons - there was a small gouge on the unit. Since it's in a closet that was not a big deal, but would have been if I was using it in a room. I'm also not a fan of the cardboard type back but that's what you get in this price range. Perfect for what I needed.

I purchased a lap top that did not work. I called the HP customer service and they were not very helpful and promised a return call that did not come. I returned the computer as I knew I was a bit gun shy, even when they wanted to fix it at the store. I think it would have all been okay if the computer had been working correctly, but customer service seemed to think I was doing something wrong. I will say that the store was absolutely wonderful and refunded my money cheerfully with many apologies.

It was scratched. I am disappointed. But that's life

The bookshelf looks nice, but it's a little flimsy and has a cheap feel. Worked for my purposes, but would probably fit a dorm room better than an upscale office.
