I use this mount in a polive car where you hit bumps and turns pretty fast. Holds my garmin in place. Would recommend.

I purchased 2 of these for my vehicles, so I can move my GPS from vehicle to vehicle. They hold pretty well on bumpy roads. It's nice to be able to just use the magnetic plate on the back to just put it on, instead of a complicated holder.

This thing has the perfect amount of magnetism. Easy take off, but doesn't fall off. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I bought this at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee. I really like it! It was extremely easy to install. It came with a small and a larger metal strip to attach to the back of a GPS. I put the small one on my cell phone cover. I only wish there were three pieces so I could put one on my iPod.

Im a full time Uber driver, I areally tried other mounts and definitely this is the number one.

This mount is easy to install and use. It's a no-brainer for using one's cell phone handsfree.

Nice way to secure your phone while in the car and still have convenient access to your GPS. Only issue for me is that my phone will no longer wirelessly charge in its case since I attached the magnet.....small price for me to pay for this awesome phone securing system!

I stuck this to my car on a hot day , pressed it in place for about 2 min, and it has held so far , a month.

I love this magnetic mount. My drive is so much happier now that my phone has a discreet place to rest!

I installed the dash mount device on my dash, just right of the outer perimeter of the steering wheel. It raises the phone from the console, which forced me to look down every time I needed to look at a map or see who's calling. My car is a 2000 Jaguar XJR. There isn't a lot of room for anything, much less actually drilling into the dash. The adhesive used with this product makes it completely removable in the even you sell the car and get another one. It is the industrial strength double sided tape. It would be easy to remove and install in a new vehicle. The magnet is very strong. Just be careful to keep it away from your charge cards. It will erase the magnetic strip.

So far, the magnetic function is working well. I haven't had the phone pop off the holder or anything like that. I haven't used it on any long trips though. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the lock nut. It tends to come lose, which lets the stand kind of flop around. So you really need to crank that thing down tight to keep it in place. Oh, I am only using a small cell phone with it. No big GPS or tablets or anything.

This mount holds my phone securely in place during my commutes. I've driven on some rough roads with no problems. The magnet grabs the phone and holds it in place quickly and easily. I can even mount the phone horizontally. The mount is adjustable and the adhesive is strong.

This turned out to be one of my "best buys" in a couple years. I had tried several other mounts over the years that really were problematic. This mount was easy to install and best of all does the job securely and easily. It's unobtrusive when not in use and secure when the GPS unit is attached. .

I was really skeptical about how well this thing would work, since I have a great big 6" Nokia 1320, similar in size to a Samsung Note. The phone is so large that using a regular holder that suctioned to the windshield just blocked out too much of my driving view, and I thought that was really unsafe. There were no other smooth flat spaces in my car for the suction cup to hold on to. So I thought I'd give this a try. The 1-inch by 1 1/2 inch base fit nicely on a little vertical spot on my radio, and man, does it hold! But the real test is, would it securely support my phone? I'm pleased to say that, not only does it hold that big, bulky phone without so much as a wiggle, it also holds the phone while the phone is inside it's protective wallet. No awkwardly squeezing clamps open, or geometric exercises to reposition it from portrait to landscape. Nope, just put your phone against it, let it go, and there it stays! I've had it in my car for about a month and a half, and the phone hasn't dropped from it once. Wonderful!
