I drive a 2011 full size sedan. There isn't much room in the middle console. The product worked great, but I had to re-position it to do anything i.e. Shift to and from park, a couple of the radio nobs and presets were, the temperature nob etc... My wife has one in her full size SUV and it works great.

I had been looking absolutely everywhere for this type of product for my iphone and specifically for my car, for a very LONG time. I had become frustrated because all I could find anywhere, were cheaply made products that couldn't fulfill what I was looking for. I literally stumbled onto this product as I had never heard of Scosche and its products before. THIS WAS IT! I finally found what I had been looking for for a very long time. This "MagicMount" is reliable, durable, and yes, has a rotating and flexible arm that would allow me to both charge my iphone (have it connected to my car's cigarette/power "outlet") and have it close by so I could read maps, messages (at a red light of course), select my music, etc. and turn it horizontal. The magnetic "magic plate" can be placed on your actual phone or like I have it, on the inside of my phone case. My iphone holds up great on the magnetic surface of the arm with one of the smaller magnetic plates that comes with the package. I'm sure the bigger magnetic plate that's included would hold my phone significantly better, but I like the smaller plate and wanted to save the bigger plate just in case I get a bigger heavier phone later on. This company Scosche, is great! I have researched this company's products online since my purchase at Best Buy and I am beyond impressed with the quality of their products AND, the many different options they offer for both car, home, and just plain being mobile, every day living. I never write reviews for anything, but this company, Scosche, and the product (MagicMount) that I purchased are great! I absolutely love and needed this product for a long time! I'm glad I stumbled upon it. I will invest in their products for my boys who are now beginning drivers and keep on getting products for myself.

Great if you don't want devices stuck to your windshield or vents. USB power a bonus.

This holder is exactly what i needed, i have had several suction cup products that over time would fall off or not stay in place. With the plug in base this product has proven to keep phone mounted in place. The magnetic connection is strong enough to hold my S4 with an outer box cover. i travel over some rough RR tracks to and form work and this holder does the trick. Only issues i have had is if you are pushing buttons on the side of the phone, it will slide on the magnet mount.

It works great and has the charger right there with it. It is strong enough to hold my gps, the only thing is that it gets in the way of the radio and heat controls so I always have to reposition it. Also I think it should come with extra magnets for different cases or gadgets, or make them easily available to buy.

I needed a phone mount that has an arm extended from an outlet. This mount worked perfect for my need. The flexible arm is very sturdy and does not shake my phone around. The magnetic feature is strong and I have credit cards in my phone case and it does not brick them at all. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish it came with more magnetic adhesives. I switch phone cases occasionally and I have had to stick 1 or 2 on the case instead of the phone and now I need to purchase more.

The magnet mount holds my iphone 7 plus well. There is minor movement in the mount that would be nearly impossible to eliminate, so it's hard to blame the manufacturer. You have to press the mount firmly into the cigarette lighter/outlet if you want it to stay. All in all, whether this mount is ideal for you really depends on your vehicle and the position of the cigarette lighter/outlet. It could potentially get in the way of your shifter, and it the GPS may be too low set for you to conveniently view it while driving. Make sure you know the layout of your intended vehicle before purchase.

Had a tricky layout in my car and this fit the bill. Flexible neck works well but could be a little stiffer. Once it settles in position holds well.

I just love the Scosche - MagicMount Power Universal Vehicle Mount. I had been looking for something to hold my phone for use with my iPhone's navigation app. I tried the anti slide pads which did an okay job, but this is so much better. The magnet holds my phone securely in place and only a glance away.

I use my phone for a GPS and I love this phone holder. Unlike another one I tried, this gadget is firmly attached to the car via the lighter port and won t go flying when I turn or stop. The USB port for the charger is wonderful. It’s all covered and I can see it so clearly as I drive.

I like the fact that it has a usb charger included in the cigarette lighter base. Its very flexible and can be flipped upside down for a lower profile. The high-powered magnet mounting system works great with my phones. I like the light that indicates the usb charger is getting power. The base can come out some if moved a lot causing it to lose the electrical connection so make sure the light is on when charging your phone with it.

I shopped everywhere looking for a device I could use in my car that does not attach to the vents in my car. Magnet hold very secure and it’s so easy to set up

I love my vehicle phone mount. It works well holding up my phone and the magnet is super strong enough to hold it without falling. Also charges my phone without a problem.

Easy to plug into the power source in your vehicle and start using. Flexible arm allows moving to the best location for you. USB power source allows for charging while using as hands free. Only wish I could find a short cord for my phone to plug into.

If your vehicle doesnt have nav, you can adjust this to use with phone nav apps...charging port allows for 100% power.

Bought MagicMount Power Universal Vehicle Mount to use in my Sonota as the vents point in the wrong dirction for a vent holder. very easy to use.

I like the concept of having something that uses the lighter outlet to also hold the device, and I was very excited to use this item, but it simply does not work in my vehicle. I drive a Hyundai Tucson and the lighter ports are right by the gear shifter. Every time I shift into reverse or drive, I knock the device off the holder. It's OK once ai get going, but parking lots often times sees my phone on the floor.

great for using an iPad as a GPS navigator, but sometimes loses connection to the car adapter while charging.

This device allows for moving my phone or gps from one vehicle to another without the need for other mounts

I like that it does not cover up the vent and it holds phone well while driving.
