I purchased this mobile holder with high hopes, thinking it would be a convenient solution to keep my phone within reach while driving. Unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite. After some time of use, the plastic covering on the holder began to wear off due to the heat from the car’s heater fan. This exposed the metal inside, which started cutting into the plastic of my car’s air vents, causing significant damage. The holder seemed sturdy at first, but the internal metal pieces breaking through the plastic not only damaged the holder but also ruined the air vents where it was attached. What’s worse is that neither Best Buy nor the manufacturer would take responsibility for this issue. Best Buy refused to provide any support, and the company behind the product was equally unhelpful when I reached out for a resolution. If you’re considering this holder, be aware that it might end up costing you more in car repairs than it’s worth. I would not recommend this product to anyone who values the condition of their vehicle.

This car holder is the only one that actually holds my phone i have fold 4 its a pretty heavy phone everyone ive gotten cant hold my phone, but this one does and keeps it in place great product

For all the DoorDash drivers: THIS ONE DOESNT FALL/LOSE TENSION! I have not had one single problem except for when I misplaced the adhesive during installation; good thing they give you 2 adhesives!!!

Works pretty well but the grip on the actual air vent is not the best. It is stable in some positions but not all. Overall, it is good for the price.

After returning a different cell holder and returning it. I decided to buy this universal cell holder. I put holder in vents and had to tighten the holder in place. It was difficult to stretch holder open to put my cell in. It's constant adjusting to keep holder in the vent. I turn the corner, and my cell falls with holder around it. It's annoying that the prongs dont fit around my vent well, and it's damaging the vent. I constantly adjust the holder and have to turn my cell all kinds of ways to keep it all from fallling. If im driving in traffic and using gps, the holder can't stay in vent. It's a mess.... but it's too late to return. It's not worth what I paid for it, even if it is less expensive.

The gripping mechanism to the car vent slips often causing tilting. The phone is held in place perfectly. I bought it on clearence. But, i picked it up in open box status.

This is a great phone mount, fits all phones and grips them nice and tight, easy to angle and stays in place

From time to time youll have to adjust it since weight will pull it down, and the arms going into the vent might be too broad and break your cars vent, i imagine this varies from car to car

Simple , minimal look and very functional. The 3M Provided is of good quality and holds really good. I have an IPhone 14 Pro with a case and it holds it no problem. The Reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because if you have a vehicle that tends to vibrate in the inside, it will cause the black blot that threads on to the swivel knuckle too come loose and will cause for you to re tighten every so often. Beside that it’s a very good product.

It's not bad, I put it on my vent and it works well, just don't drive crazy. It's a little hard to get the phone on sometimes, falls sometimes, but otherwise good.

It's alright. Not incredible, but definitely not bad. Its firm. But my problem with it is that it is dependent on the vents of the vehicle you are using.

Good product but has to be adjusted frequently when driving in the car , the vent holds it however with the weight of the phone it moves

It worked well but it did come off after awhile. I drive a truck so its been hard to find something that can stand the bumps
