That there youngster we had doing all the work on our silly phones did such a great job, was very courteous, professional, and took the time to do a great job. We were extremely impressed. If they all get similar training you will not be disappointed in the service, trust me take advantage, these things are not fun, just frustrating, to try to put on when you have not done hundreds like they have. It is worth the small investment.

I purchased a ZAGG glass screen protector for my new IPhone 12Pro. Since I'm a Total Tech Support member, I was able to have one of the cell phone agents install the protector at no charge. He did a great job as the screen is invisible. I understand that if the screen cracks, Best Buy will replace the protector at no charge. That is good value!

I accidentally dropped my I phone twice and cracked the screen protector. The I phone screen was saved both times. I went to Best Buy and they replaced the protector at no charge. Great Store and protection plan.

When a specialized technician Best Buy employee installs it for you, they will try and try to get the screen on perfect, even if it might mean getting a new one off the shelf because you brought them was outdated or not great quality. Definitely worth the installation fee, because when I decided to put in on myself, it ended with bubbles and that I just had to make peace with.

This service is completely worth it. The screen protectors are extremely difficult to put on yourself, especially if you buy a Samsung. Let best buy do it. It took the geek squad 3 different zagg protectors to get it right, but now it's perfect. Slay all day best buy!

This screen protector for my iphone XS Max was a good purchase. It doesn't interfere with touch screen action and protects my screen. It was a fair price with the added benefit of installation.

The associate did a great job putting the screen protector. The protector is also good quality.

I put it on my tablet, and after endless times of not having it in a case right away, but putting it in my purse/backpack the screen started getting scratches on it. I pulled the screen protector off about six/seven months ago and my tablet did not have any scratches or marks on it. TRUST ME THE SCREEN PROTECTOR IS EXPENSIVE BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Worth the install cost. If they mess up it's on them to replace and fix. Not on you. I cant put these on correctly to save my life, so i pay the small cost. Bonus, I get to come back to them when it cracks for replacement

The gentleman who installed the protector on my phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable answering every question I had. He also showed great detail in cleaning the screen before installing the glass protector. I had know idea there could not one spec of dust, lint or anything else. Looks great!

Used this service instead of doing it ourselves. I like having them registered so if they have to be replaced, I don't have to keep the receipt. Service was quick and good. No bubbles, no loose edges, no smudges under the protector. Three screen protectors for three phones...no complaints so far.
