It is an excellent product to protect your screen from falls. I have trusted invisible shield for years, but this product once installed there is a defect where it unsticks itself from the middle making hard to respond on your screen, called Invisible Shield and warranty gave me a different replacement since it is a defected shield that is common. Otherwise than that I would of gave it 5 stars since I know this protectors are the best out there!!

After spending almost $1,000 on my Note 8 I obviously needed a screen protector. That was another $50 and I wanted to make sure it was applied perfectly so my phone was protected and so I would not have to buy another expense protector if I screwed it up. I had never used this Geek Squad application but it was money well invested! The worker got it on perfectly and has given me a lot of piece of mind. I will definitely use the service in the future.

After dropping my iPhone several times, the (other brand) screen protector broke. I purchased a Zagg protector from Best Buy and tried to attach it myself - not good! I returned to Best Buy where they replaced the Zagg protector I had damaged (no charge), and perfectly placed a new Zagg protector on my iPhone for about $15. This service is well worth it for fumble-fingers like myself!

I purchased a ZAGG glass screen protector for my new IPhone 12Pro. Since I'm a Total Tech Support member, I was able to have one of the cell phone agents install the protector at no charge. He did a great job as the screen is invisible. I understand that if the screen cracks, Best Buy will replace the protector at no charge. That is good value!

I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it because i have installed other screen protectors myself. I was buying 3 phones but when i saw the sign that said the install was going to be $8.00 i was like i guess i'll do it myself ! The sales man explained to me the $8.00 is just a one time charge and he would install all 3 for the $8.00 charge ! I said go for it ! He did a good quick job ! Would have taken me a while to do !!!

That there youngster we had doing all the work on our silly phones did such a great job, was very courteous, professional, and took the time to do a great job. We were extremely impressed. If they all get similar training you will not be disappointed in the service, trust me take advantage, these things are not fun, just frustrating, to try to put on when you have not done hundreds like they have. It is worth the small investment.

This service is completely worth it. The screen protectors are extremely difficult to put on yourself, especially if you buy a Samsung. Let best buy do it. It took the geek squad 3 different zagg protectors to get it right, but now it's perfect. Slay all day best buy!

Review of Best Buy, need more phone sales and inventory related to ATT phones. A lot of stores need a remodel but they are being held up to standard on the strength of the employees. Pay your employees more. The strengths of thos company are its TV product line up, Geek Squad, computers, and appliances. This company has potential to lead the way in phone sales if it focuses a remodel to bring inventory in and a easier shopping experience in accessories for them. There is a lot of potential to miss that is currently being ignored. Dont forget where you came from and how Best Buy still exists. Its the employees holding it up. Its the employees who need support.

When a specialized technician Best Buy employee installs it for you, they will try and try to get the screen on perfect, even if it might mean getting a new one off the shelf because you brought them was outdated or not great quality. Definitely worth the installation fee, because when I decided to put in on myself, it ended with bubbles and that I just had to make peace with.

The gentleman who installed the protector on my phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable answering every question I had. He also showed great detail in cleaning the screen before installing the glass protector. I had know idea there could not one spec of dust, lint or anything else. Looks great!

I have been to multiple locations and the quality of service seems to keep getting better.

For the lownprice of $7 this service of putting my screen protector on for me was amazing. Saved me time
