Installation by the cell phone associate was well done. Had no issues with the quality of the installation itself...issue was with the screen protector. I ended up having it refunded and removed.

The gentleman in store did this very quickly and without a single bubble on the screen. Although I was surprised they charge you to put it on, I suppose it was worth saving the hassle from myself.

I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my new Samsung phone and opted to pay Best Buy to install it. After the screen protector sealed overnight, I noticed several bubbles under the protector and could see some dirt particles that were trapped underneath apparently missed during the pre-installation cleaning process. A few days later I stopped by Best Buy Customer Service and showed them the phone and sales receipt. A Geek Squad representative replaced the screen protector - this time with the screen thoroughly cleaned and with no hassle what so ever.

Had a screen protector installed on my iPhone 13 plus. The whole process was totally quick and they guy did a great job.

I usually try to put the screen protector on myself but still end up with a bubble or two. The cost to have an expert do is worth not having the bubbles or headache.

Policy was when i purchased this product that it was under warranty and geek squad would install. After defective products were installed incorrectly and new one ordered i was told policy changed and i woukd have to pay $8 to have one installed even tho previous ones were either defective or were installed incorrectly by geek squad. It took 4 tries to get it right and each time 90 mile round trip.Very very rude employee Alex would not listen to what i was trying to tell him and neither did his supervisor. He told mr he hoped i wouldnt return ir use my best buy credit card. By the way he was the one that did the last incorrect istall

Quick and easy service. 9/10 times they put it on flawless no bubbles or air pockets. If they mess up they’ll put another on for free

Have had to go back to the store several times to get the phone adjusted to my needs. All I wanted was more storage and good performance for zoom meetings. Didn't work right at first zoom meeting. Salesman tells me things that aren't ture. Needs better training. Should of bought the phone one less expensive. My fault for not sleeping on it first.

The girl that checked me out was so nice, she was very helpful in helping me decide. She put the protector and case on for me and she took her time with putting the screen protector on to make sure no creases or bubbles.

After putting on the screen protectors on two tablets myself, I believe it's best to let the experts at Best Buy handle this job from now on. They make it look effortless but it can be a real pain.
