This is an awesome product it is well worth the money. Perfect for anyone needing to get more bang for the buck. I have always been a fan of seagate products this has exceeded my expectations. The only thing I don't like about this product is the big bulky charger, but I can deal with it.

Fantastic piece of equipment for storage. Easy to work with even for someone who is a bit of a novice. Like that it is not over large.

I have this device connected to an iMac via USB, using it to store documents and photographs. It is performing well. Runs quietly and generates very little heat. Have had good experiences with Seagate in the past.

A quick, easy backup device to store images I don't need to work with very often. A great archive device. Until cloud services get more reasonable for large volume requirements I'll keep my externals. This one works!

Bought this for work. Wonderful drive and a great price it hard to believe that there would come a day were you could buy 3TB for $120. Love the back up software. It's not Apples Time Machine but it works well. Very fast drive too. Good job Seagate.

I have a fairly extensive collection of music and videos. So many files I needed 3 external hard drives to store them all. No more. Now I have all my files in this one hard drive, and plenty of room to spare for future needs. Love the 3 TB!

if y0u are not a computre person per say i would advise you get a little help from some one whop has at least a litttle knoladge on how to use it or at least understands how to figure it out because it has some degree of difficulty but one you have it set up it is a good product

I have several of these drives by seagate, but this one seems to be a new generation of the Terabyte drives. I like the storage capacity and the price. Got this on sale for under $120 at best buy, so that's basically $40/1TB... Not too bad. I use these to back up/store large media files, HD video content typically. It reads and writes pretty fast for a USB drive.

Bought this for my college age daughter to backup/archive two years worth of college work for photography courses. She installed it herself with no problems and had enough storage for everything. Good storage space at a good price.

I purchased the drive to replace a full drive which was having issues. The. new drive worked well with my current system and all files were transferred. Much faster and an incredible amount of storage for the price.

This was installed on my computer by a friend. It gives me the peace of mind to now that all my computer files are being saved. We have it set up to to a back up every night, so I don't even have to think about it.

WORKS GREAT good buy backs up our hard drives fine,works for all 3 pc,s.easy to install. we find seagate products to be what they claim to be, work horse drives and that is what we got. My husband is a video edter and the files fill up the computers fast.

awesome hard drive for Xbox one has space for a lot of games and apps it's the rite amount of space for Xbox one.

I bought this for extra storage for our XBox One really easy to set up just plug and play the xbox will handle the formatting its really easy.

Hardware installation was straight forward, removed older Seagate software and installed new software. Worked as advertised. I was able to get 3TB at the internet pricing for 2TB.

I am using this external to supplement my space for games on the Xbox One; I went from using 80% of my hard disk space to 8%. Wow!
