Horrible customer service, rude technician
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician kept my vehicle all day and then called me at 4:00 and when I went to get my car he told me the "brain" for the remote starter was bad and he couldn't install it, but yet he wanted to charge me $250! Long story short I complained to the geek squad manager and got a whole new remote start system and installed.
