    You will need the Segway app from a smartphone to activate the e-scooter. if you don't have one, ask a friend to activate it for the first time and thats it unless you want to change the settings

    Lets make it known i only weigh 165lbs and this scooter drops from 100% to 72% within a 10min ride. worse electric scooter you can buy.......my app would tell me it was 69 then after restarting it it would say 78 even customer service through app gave me a run around. i didnt even push it to its limit on ECO maxing at 10mph and it died on me at an hour and 22mins and i found myself kick scootering it back home advertised 12.5 miles range you can barley get 2 stay away....for 200 more you can get an electric bike

    Rides great, smooth and up to 20mph, easy to be too heavy on the brakes, so with ease, comes with spare tire, easy to build

    Not very satisfied with air filled tires which means when you ride you never know how soon you could puncture the tire which I did two days after I picked up the scooter and I had to use the spare tire that came with the scooter but I felt I might puncture it so I looked on segways website and their out of stock then I decided to return the scooter I don’t recommend buying air filled tire scooters.

    Super excited about getting, unfortunately it arrived defective. Not Best Buy’s fault. Definitely with company. But getting a replacement soon, will update my review soon.
